One star this place is terrible. Tables were dirty had to clean ourself. No salt, condiment area was a mess. Was asked if I wanted a medium or a large and not told that it was an up charge then they fought with me. The drink station was absolutely nasty it was so bad I wanted to throw up ewwww. Place is kept clean and the food is as you'd expect it. Customer Service is terrible. Workers are slow under little businesses, ignore customers, and when they are "helping" they're complete assholes about it. After ordering my food I was asked to pull forward, no one said which window to stop at. I didn't see anyone at the 1st window so I pulled to the 2nd one. They left their window open and I heard them complain that no one stops at the 1st one. I proceeded to tell them I didn't hear anyone say to stop at the 1st window or I would have, then they closed the window. Im sorry, but that was rude. Don't complain in front of your customers. After I left I started to eat my fries, which by the way, were NOT anywhere close to being fresh. They were lukewarm. If you're going to boast about always having fresh food, then by all means please have fresh food. I will not be visiting this Wendy's again anytime soon. read more

Never do you ever go through this particular drive thru and get greeted with a friendly voice or smile and you are always pulled forward even for the simplest of orders so they can game the time in line system. And very rarely do they even get the order correct. I'd opt either for another Wendy's down the street or for the other fast food restaurants close by. Clearly this is a managerial issue. read more

I stopped and got chili in upper sandusy's Wendy's, it had no meat in it. Alot of beans and onions but no meat. It was terrible.

Kinda seems like the place is a mess in terms of management...we sat in the car for about 15 minutes waiting for our mobile order while employees were out driving laps around the drive-thru to artificially quicken their timer numbers. me and my boyfriend went in and i got the bacon double stack with lettuce add mayo no mustard. the first time when we arrived home i opened up my burger to one pickle and mustard with no lettuce. i live a few minutes away so no big deal my boyfriend goes in and tells them they made a mistake and they re made it. they re made it with mayo and more pickles this time. but no bacon and no lettuce. no bacon on a bacon double stack?? like what? the cashier was extremely slow. my boyfriend told him lettuce, cashier said, "no lettuce?" boyfriend said, no, add lettuce. and i got no lettuce. make it make sense read more

On long road trips this is my family's restaurant of choice. Friendly prompt service, clean eating area, reasonably clean bathrooms, and as fast food places go pretty decent food. They also list the nutritional information of all their food so you can be healthy if you want. All and all a good choice read more

When we first came in, there was a huge mess on drink station counter and it was hard for people to get to condiments, drink lids, etc. An hour later the mess is still there and nobody has wiped off a single table since we've been here. Wendy's has pulled the old switch and bait. This location used to be awesome, but we will not be back. The last couple of times we have come, the fries have been scarce and never filled completely and I always get an Assagio chicken sandwich. It has gotten smaller. In fact, the last time we went I had the same size bun as my son's cheese burger. The chicken used to be a large filet and now, is hidden by an extra large lettuce leaf. Waste of money. Wendy's used to be excellent after they did the "menu makeover" and came out with sea salt fries and have since switched to a lesser quality/size product. Purposely? Is a shame, we used to really love Wendy's. read more

Very good Wendy's. We've always received prompt service. This location seems to be cleaner than other Wendy's restaurants.
