Best Wendy's in town, or anywhere else for that matter. Fresh food, friendly service, and super clean! Way to go!

I was seriously hungry tonight and Wendy's was pretty good. Not exactly fast when I hit the drive through for a burger and a Caesar salad but the burger was assembled properly and the salad had all the proper accessories. The young lady who took my order at the speaker was intelligible and polite. There was only one car ahead of me and it still managed to take 8 minutes from start to finish. Quick enough. Firstly, a Wendy's with a 4 or higher on yelp is extremely rare, so I had to see for myself. This location is newer, spacious, and very clean. It is quiet though, I think people dismiss Wendy's but their food is usually good. This time, it was fast, hot, and delicious. My order was correct AND it was delivered with a smile! The restaurant was super clean, and the staff was very friendly and outgoing, which made for a great experience. The food was also good, especially for fast food. I had the Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger, which was very tasty with a nice BBQ sauce. My wife had the Apple Pecan Salad, which she very much enjoyed. The fries were good as well. I don't have very high expectations when I eat fast food, but this Wendy's location provided a great experience. read more

Likely the best Wendy's I have been to in years. Food was hot and presented well. I even had a custom order on my hamburger, but it did not delay us going through drive thru. They even scored a 100% on their health inspection. THIS IS AN EXCEPTIONAL location for a chain. read more

Service was terrible. People were nice, service was terrible Food was good, but service bad unless you go through the drive through. My family and I went inside on a road trip and ordered. We waited approx 20 minutes for "kids meal French fries" even though I was standing at the counter watching what was going on which was no one paying attention to anything and being completely unorganized. By the time we all got our food. Obviously everything else was cold besides these fresh salt less fries. Then when I got back to my table, I got the wrong sandwich. They just made 2 of what my wife ordered instead of one that I ordered. I cannot tell if it's as bad as everywhere else, or just bad for Wendy's. read more

Fresh was not what was on the menu on my recent visit to this Wendy's location. The newly marketed "fresh" menu really made me want a Parmesan Caesar salad as a healthier fresher option. When I went to order it, I was informed there was a lettuce recall and I couldn't order a salad. I got a crispy chicken sandwich and 4-piece nugget.The food was warm and prepared well however I was disappointed I couldn't get the salad. The staff was very friendly and polite. We came in late traveling with a big order and they were great. They had great customer service and the lady helping us was fantastic. This used to be my favorite Wendy's but I've noticed the last few times I've been in there, it is gross. The drink machines don't work half the time or the drink mix is off. Today was the last straw, the floor was wet and slippery and there were no wet floor signs and there was spilled soda randomly throughout the restaurant. The food wasn't poorly made also. I eventually just left. I doubt I'll ever come to this location again. It amazes me they are still open. I understand COVID-19 can create issues etc. but this goes beyond that and is uncalled for. read more

Never been to a Wendy's that was so disgusting! Traveling through and stopped for lunch. Floors had not been cleaned so my feet were sticking to the floor. Tables and chairs were sticky. The Womens bathroom was the worst! Looked as though someone had urinated on the wall of the stall, so there was a puddle. This was one of the nicest Wendy's I've ever been in. The physical space is beautiful and clean. The employees were very friendly. Our wait for two salads was unusually long as there was a large order plus several customers ahead of us. The employees were super apologetic for the wait and kept thanking us for our patience - I don't recall ever receiving such service from other fast food establishments. We both ordered salads and they were delicious. This location is also easy to get in and get out. Definitely recommend! read more

I wouldn't normally write a review for a fast food chain restaurant, but I couldn't resist after stopping here on a long road trip. This has to be the sweetest southern hospitality I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. If we could clone the lovely greeter at the door I think half the world's problems would be solved. The other staff I encountered were also friendly, and it felt more like "Cheers" than a chain. As well, the food and service was good and prompt, and the restaurant itself was clean, bright and modern. That said, this little stop for a frosty in South Georgia warmed my heart. read more

This Wendy's in particular is one of my favorite ones I've been to! The service here is outstanding whether you come first thing in the morning, during a lunch rush, or late at night. They always get your order correct and make sure to get you in and out and enjoying your food. Need to make any changes to an order? They will always make sure it's correct. I love Wendy's, the food is great here! I love the vanilla frosty's they serve, and I love their chicken nuggets, they have the best fast food service in the world! I love coming here with my father because it brings back memories of me being a child and him bringing me here for a nugget meal, I'm a huge fan of Wendy's and I love all of their food on the menu just about.
