I am a DoorDash driver and I have been doordashing for many years. Never have I gone on yelp to write a negative order about an establishment before. The employees here just silently work on the orders at SNAIL speed and won't tell you an estimate or how long it will take or if they are even working on it yet. The girl handing orders out on Sunday 8/13/23 in the lobby just blatantly ignored everyone talking to her and simply did not give a single care in the world about her job. I get they are paid minimum wage but drivers are working as well and we are not on the clock so just some basic customer service skills would be appreciated greatly. This happened all 3 times I have picked up an order from this location since starting to dash in this area and I will never accept another order from here again. read more

24 weeks pregnant and have been wanting a chocolate frosty for 3 days. I went on Wednesday and was told the chocolate was too milky to sell so I drove away defeated. Tried again on Friday through the drive thru. Sat in line for almost 30min with only 3 cars ahead of me. The lady who took my order was very courteous, professional, and overworked. Tonight I went to get my dinner with my husband because i got out of work pretty late and was exhausted. We both got the same meal which was the 4 for 4 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. We got our order and drove all the way home only to find out that my order was wrong. I got a spicy chicken sandwich i wouldn't have been mad but the chicken was so dry like if it was reheated multiple times. I hate being the type of person that complains but i just don't understand how they got my order wrong when we clearly paid for 2 of the same meals and it wasn't busy so it's not like they mixed it with someone else's order. read more

Last week, I got one of their meals. Woman in drive thru seemed to have a hard time understand me, not sure why. And, my drink ended up being Root Beer instead of Diet Dr. Pepper (I do understand it sounds silly ordering a diet drink when I'm eating fast food, but still). Tonight, at 7 p.m., I went to get a meal, and two of the 50 cent Frosty's. I was told they "ran out." How is that possible? They're doing a promotion with 50 cent Frosty's so...don't run out of them!!! Run out of french fries. Run out of chili, but not Frosty's when you're doing a promotion on them. Worst part -- I wanted to cancel my food order, on principle. I did, but...couldn't get out of their drive-thru line, because it has a cement curb that won't let you leave. So...I waited in line for 15 minutes for nothing. I might have to stop coming here. read more

I've been here a few times and I get the baconater combo every time with the occasional cookie or side. I also normally ask for my fries to be extra crispy so I know they're hot and fresh! I normally go through the drive-through and they have never messed up my order. The burger's always been great along with the fries and everything else. The customer service is always polite. Worse place for lunch. I've gone inside to order because the drive through was solid with cars. One other in line waiting, great. Well not great...the cashier kept telling me...I will be right with you. He had no help...until two workers came in and clock on on the register. She asked if I had been waiting for awhile? I said yes a long time. She walked away with the other woman and never saw her again. So my grandson and I walked out. This is the second time I have walked out. In all seriousness, how do you screw up every single item in an order? The burger was made wrong and instead of a tomato slice I was given a white tomato core. I had not been to this restaurant in over five years because I went twice and the hamburgers were basically raw. My family member said their quality has really improved and you should really try their burgers again. I asked them for the smallest bacon cheeseburger they had. NO! the fries are not that great and not even as good as McD's With all the hype I wanted to try them so i did along with the "New" Bacon cheese burger. Oops the new burger was really lacking in any content, meaning it was just a cheese burger with bacon and small, not much to it, about half a whopper if that. You have the worst customer service I have ever seen I was there yesterday and you refused to take my coin change and then you wanted me to say thank you for your poor service. Maybe if you change your attitude you'll get more paying customers. I understand that there is lots of homeless people outside of your restaurant and they might go in paying with coin change but I was paying with a $20 dollar bill and coins. Regardless that's that doesn't give the right to force your customers to say thank you or speak to people in a disgusting way. Every time I come to this location I regret it. I think "Maybe it will be different this time" and it never is. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to my house but I think this will be my last visit here. The wait time here is always substantially longer than anywhere else- I'm writing this review after sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes and there's still 2 cars ahead of me. They are also out of multiple things on the menu. I think the management here is terrible and should probably be rethought. I gave a 2nd star because Wendy's food is pretty good and they actually make the food decently here. read more

The last few times I have been here, the customer service stands out in a positive way! I do not frequent Wendy's, and happy this location is closest to my home for a quick burger binge. It's fast food, but I seem to enjoy having their burgers and fries at times, and yesterday was yet another great experience! It's a nice change, to see people enjoying their jobs, with smiling faces and asking you about your day or just saying thank you! Speaks volume since this type of work can be stressful at times, and you can see they are working to appease customers, so I oblige and will continue to come back! My husband drove through this evening and ordered several items. He added on a 10-piece chicken nugget at the window. When he received the bag of food, my husband asked the cashier if that was everything. She said yes. He asked if she was sure and she said she triple checked. My husband got all the way home and discovered that our daughter's chicken nuggets were NOT in the bag. The cashier must not have triple checked as she said. My husband called the number on the receipt multiple times and nobody answered. It's not worth the gas money and time to drive back so my daughter will settle for Tyson chicken nuggets. After running an errand during our lunch hour. my friend and I decided to stop in here and have lunch. The inside is pretty old fashioned, it could use some updating. We go and order our food and then sit down. We see a customer holding a live bunny on a table. The bunny was dirty. Like the bunny was originally white but now he is sorta gray. Nice. As we're eating lunch the bunny mama goes halfway out the door (with the bunny in hand) and is yelling at the top of her lungs to her friends a block or so away to come over. They come over and appear to be arguing outside the door of Wendy's. Nice. This is all while an obnoxiously loud hum noise (this is the only way I can describe it) is coming from the kitchen area. I mentioned that the noise was really loud earlier as I was giving my order and the clerk replied with a "yeah". So all in all, they have great chili. Next time I'll just make sure to get it in the drive thru. If you love questionable scenery, go inside. read more

This is a pretty good location, but the one off Plaza is still better ;) It's down the street from where I work and on the way home, so I'll stop by from time to time when the craving hits. I'm a huge fan of their spicy crispy chicken sandwich. They are usually very good about my specifications on my order (no mayo, add onions.. and lots of them!) Natural-cut fries are good too; sometimes I could stand for them to be a little crispier. read more

This Wendy's reminds me of way back when my family and I lived in some condos down the street and would come here pretty often. It's super old and dingy looking but it fits the location it's at. I hadn't had Wendy's in seriously forever but I recall their "natural cut" fries to be super good so I decided to pick up some food on the way to my boyfriends. I thought I remember them having a basic spicy chicken sandwich that was either on the dollar menu or super inexpensive. I couldn't see it anywhere except to be bought as a meal and I was hungry so I ordered that combo. It was over $8! That is not the Wendy's I remember. I was really taken back. Especially because the sandwich was flat and flimsy. It tasted okay, I should've said no tomatoes because they made it extra soggy. The chicken wasn't crispy enough for my liking and the lady at the window looked so upset when I asked for ranch dressing (what is with people hating giving out ranch!?!!) The fries weren't the fries I remembered from a few years back, maybe that style was for a limited time. But these ones were flavorless and unsatisfying. Anyway, at least I satisfied my craving but I was still a little hungry after eating. Wendy's is definitely not the place for an inexpensive quick bite to eat anymore. read more

I don't go to Wendys that often. Wish their was one closed. Oh well They have one of the best French fries always piping hot perfect amount of salt!! The Chicken bacon lettuce tomato and cheese sandwich is one of my favorites. I love the fact that FRESH LETTUCE is used not wimpy life less lettuce on it's last minute of life. Could use a bit more bacon I'm a bacon person. I asked for onions and was accommodated with a smile. They put in a dish not stingy at all. The chicken nuggets were warm and crisp. One suggestion: :) I wish when wiping down tables disinfectant wipes were used. I watched and a blue cloth was used on tables and chairs than over again. Not the best for sanitation in my opinion. The service was fast efficient and friendly. I give a 5 if it wasn't for the sanitation factor. BATHROOM needed to be checked out. I have lived close to this Wendy's for a loooong time and I would come here all the time, but yesterday was the BEST experience. My two sons were awarded free kids meals coupons from their school so o decided to take them after I picked them up. I had my three sons with me, 6, 2, and 6months. The staff told me how precious and handsome my kids were, and the woman taking my order was super helpful! I wish I would've caught her name. She said my order was ready, and she actually brought my order to me and then proceeded to ask if I needed anything else. And another staff member who was on her lunch looked over to me and asked if I needed a high chair. Hands down the BEST customer service! And the food was brought out very fast and tasty! To the older Latina lady that was working the drive thru at 9:30 PM on April 26th, just want to tell you that when you make a mistake or misunderstand someone, just say sorry instead of trying to turn it around on the customer and blaming them. I was doing a doordash order and said, "I have a doordash order for (so and so)" at the speaker and she said, "you have a doordash order? Okay pull forward to the window." So far so good, well the mistake on her part came when I got to the window and she tried to charge me for the order (if you aren't familiar with doordash, the dasher rarely has to pay for the customers food) nonetheless, I thought it was one of those weird orders where you have to use your doordash card, so I hand it to her (assuming she remembered that I told her I had a doordash order) and it declines unsurprisingly, so I politely informed her that I shouldn't have to pay because I was doing a doordash order as I mentioned earlier, and she started being extremely rude saying I should have told her I was doing a doordash order. Maybe you should just learn to say sorry and own up to your mistakes. I clearly said I was doing a doordash order. I tried being nice and understanding that maybe they were busy and made an honest mistake, and this is how I got treated in return. Horrible service and honestly one of the most rude and uncaring fast food employees I have EVER had the displeasure of dealing with. Wont be back thanks to you. read more
