Party Burger is the burger place you never knew you needed. Omg, this place is outstanding!! This little hidden gem inside a brewery was well worth it! Service was prompt and I loved the open aspect of it and seeing where the beer is brewed. Also love the decor and all the picnic tables and wine barrels for seating. Now for the food: I had the Classic Smash Burger and my husband had the Harvest Cranberry Bacon Smashburger. Both were absolutely delicious and the side of fries were well cooked and seasoned to perfection! Everyone that knows me, knows that I love a good french fry. My family visited Booze Bros the other day for the first time in forever, and I was pleasantly surprised to see Party Burgers inside - I think it used to be a pizza place(?) but I was low-key craving a burger so the stars aligned for me. My 5-year-old was with me, who doesn't like burgers but can get down with a grilled cheese, so I asked whether they could make a "grilled cheese" with tomato and they were super nice and said no problem. I also ordered the standard Party Burger and a side of fries. Our food arrived at our table super quickly but that came with a caveat - maybe it's because it was mid-week they just prepared a stack of burgers ahead of time (hours ago?) in hopes it would carry them thru the evening - but my Party Burger patty was borderline cold. My daughter's "grilled" cheese was composed of unmelted cheese slices (see photo). She ate hers anyway, but I was feeling pretty wary about the holding temp of the meat on my burger and ended up trashing most of it... it was pretty much a waste of $12. The fries were the star of the show - piping hot and well salted. I would order those again for sure. The Party Sauce was a great dipping option. I would consider eating here again but possibly trying the wings which looked pretty good, or asking that this time my burger be made-to-order. read more

These are some pretty damn good burgers. Been seeing their reviews in Yelp for months prior to finally grabbing the family and coming out to Vista to try them out. It's behind a brewery in the middle of an industrial / commercial park, giving it a tough spot to do business from. Still, the trip out here was well worth it. I had their advertised special, which essentially consisted of their normal Party Cheeseburger with some bacon onion jam on top. The patty was well smashed, with a great crust on the beef, a good amount of cheese and that jam was pretty good. My only criticisms would be that the Party Sauce was a bit bland, with the need for a bit more sugar and salt to help give it more flavor. On the side we had a basket of Fries, well cooked and well seasoned. And a basket of Party Fries, the same fries, but topped with grilled onions and that same party sauce. My son had a basket of their BBQ Wings and loved 'em. They were large, perfectly fried, with a great crisp on the chewy bits, making them a delight to clean all the meat off the bones. Honestly, some of the best wings I've seen at any place in a long while. And my six year old daughter had a Party Cheeseburger, plain. And she managed to finish off the entire thing. A testament to both the flavors in their meat and the overall quality of the food. In the end, I would say that this would be a great go-to spot for the future. My kids loved it and I am definitely a fan. While I don't think it would take my top spot for this style of burger (Bonehead is a good stretch better), it's still fantastic and a much easier place to get to for dinner or a quick bite. read more
