The food was cooked fresh to order which I appreciated but meant it was the same wait in the restaurant, challenging the "GO" promise of this "fast food" version of BWW. If left me a bit confused how this was more advantageous than going to the restaurant, especially because there wasn't a drive-thru and takeout didn't seem to save you any money over the BWW restaurant experience. The food was the same as the restaurant, including all of the sauce options. The location is quite small but you do have some privacy, though not a lot. The workers were friendly and attentive without hovering, which I expected for counter service. This isn't a bad option if you don't want to make the drive to farther BWW locations, but I'm still confused what the advantage is of going here rather than the restaurant.

I asked her to take off the drinks ( that the cashier said were included) and told her we are supposed to get a sauce. That brought the total down to $39.00. I asked why we weren't being given the meals at $16.50 when that is what the menu says. She said the menu was wrong and she'd have to send a picture to corporate. She said the amount was correct online, but we weren't ordering online, so why does that matter?! That's unacceptable! She should have discounted the meals to reflect the price listed in the store!
