Hi, i was thinking to write this review since 2 months, I visited this place 6 times so far. This place is very neat and well maintained. Food is good with less salt. I did not like Wendy's which is located on monument blvd as there maintenance is not good. One at North main street customer service is very nice. They even come to us and asks for refilling. The service at the drive through is great. The workers are very friendly and nice. They get your orders right and are patient with substitutions. I am a big believer in things being made to order, so the fact that they can do it with minimal mistakes is a plus. You'd be surprised at how many other fast food places just don't. read more

Wow. What an experience! This Wendy's is super clean and friendly! Jason is one of the best I have seen in customer service in my ten years in the customer service industry! I have been to many restaurants including the very expensive ones and this is the best service hands down! He really cares about the customer even if this is not his career path, his attitude will get him far! I enjoy the convenience of being able to purchase a late night meal or snack before 2:00 a.m. Last night I purchased the new BBQ cheese fries for my wife. She thoroughly enjoyed it. I usually purchase the Son of Baconator hamburger for myself and I'm always satisfied. The drive through service is very efficient and accurate at this franchise. I recommend this Wendy's franchise for good quality fast food, efficient service, and late night availability when other locations are closed. read more

Went here this morning for quick snack for the family... Two stars for good food, hot, fresh, and accurate. Minus three stars for the girl who took our order. I have worked fast food for many years and have no real expectations from my order taker other than get it right . But to be spoken to like dirt, with the upmost contention in your voice, almost like I was asking for food off her plate. It was not the cashier but the lady who puts together your order at the second window. I know we all have other stuff going on in our lives and working at Wendy isnt the best job but thats not my fault and treat me horrible for trying to buy some burgers steps over the line. When it comes to fast food, the only place that beats this Wendys is In and Out because their food is superior. The not so shabby runner up Wendys (ONLY AT THIS LOCATION) is one of my favorite spots to eat. This is WENDYS DONE RIGHT. Its the staff. This is the best Wendys because the food is cooked like the commerical promotes. The food is always hot and perfectly cooked. The staff keep the lobby area clean, although a wind gaurd would be good for the doors because the flies do get in. I give it five stars for being fast food. Im not saying this place is Black Angus, but considering the prices and compared to Burger King, McDonalds and Jack in the Box (and even other Wendys locations) this place is the best...well second best next to In and Out Burger. read more

Every other Wendy's i have issues with. But this Wendy's is the go to! I had a nice man, i think his name was Alex, help me out in the drive through yesterday, he was so polite, i didn't feel rushed at all. On Thursday November 12th, 2019 a few friends and I decided that on this beautifully balled up day we would go get a munch at none other but the holy grail Wendy's! How could u go wrong with a 5 dollar biggie bag I mean if that deal isn't America right there idk what is. I order a the double bacon burger and SPICY nuggets. As I get my food excited like I've only been for maybe my wedding day or getting my diploma, I opened the bag and start going to business destroying everything in the bag like a hungry boar. I noticed that the nuggets tasted kind of funny, I thought could this be at the great Wendy's I don't believe. I continued to eat and then my worst nightmares started kicking in. My stomach started grumbling like there was a battle in my stomach, soon the battle became a world war situated at my rear end. I was locked to a toilet for hours let alone that I had already had to go through the experience of tearing up my underwear and feeling like a bazooka just rip a hole through my pants. For the next 7 hours I was in a trip sweating shaking and shitting myself like only animals could do. I recently moved from Montclair to Walnut Creek. Upon my first visit to this Wendy's, I was sitting minding my own business off to the side of the restaurant. A man who had been bought a meal by a customer who had already left was sitting behind me and towards the middle of the restaurant (in clear view of the employees). He started attempting to speak to me and I ignored him as I could tell it wasn't with pure intentions, then walked over to my table and said "I like your legs" in a voice that made me shudder. I glared at him and he backed off physically but kept staring at me from across the room, muttering things about "mommy and daddy" and chastising me, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I walked up to the front and asked if there was a manager present, with no response and they kept their backs turned to me. About a minute later I got the chance to explain the situation during another customers order, while the guy was still in the store, and was ignored again. Not sure if this is a norm for this place or not, but regardless, they've lost my business. read more

My partner ordered through the drive through and when he arrived at the window to pay, he was greeted with a very unprofessional attitude from the manager on duty. We are both covered in tattoos but have stable jobs. I work in the medical field and he is a tattoo artist. The manager over examined his money like it was fake. They took several moments before giving back his change. The held it up to the light. Used a marker. Glared at him. They made him feel like something was wrong. And the manager only did that when he noticed his tattoos. I've recently been having issues with the night manager for this reason. It was highly disrespectful and unprofessional. And this was the last straw. People with tattoos should be warned that this is not a friendly establishment to eat from and that another local competitor would be more accommodating. I'm sad to say that we will not be returning to this location or any Wendy's locations again. This was the last time were looked at like criminals for wearing artwork on our skin. Wendy's staff members should be educated that tattoos don't make anyone less of a person and most of us are respectable community members. I've been coming to this location since I was a child. And I'm sad that over the last year, my experience has gotten worse. read more

Horrific customer service tonight I'm afraid. African American girl at the register had a very bad attitude. Came in, there was no line. My boyfriend and I were ordering separately. We even said so. I ordered the four piece tenders and when I asked what kind of sauce they have, she looked at me like I asked her to repeat every ingredient of every item on the menu. I ordered a medium frosty and she made the wrong size the first time. My boyfriend went to order after me but she looked right past him to help the next customer and my boyfriend had to step in and say "excuse me I was right here I'm next". He ordered a burger MEAL and chicken nuggets but she ignored the meal part and he didn't get a drink or fries. I went to ask for water cups a few minutes later and she rolled her eyes at me and gave attitude. The food was just okay. Fries a little cold. Wendys drive thru employee very unfriendly. While waiting for my food he angrily glared at me. And then out of no where says in a loud and angry voice "if you weren't a smart ASS with my manager!!". He also rudely pushed my food into my hand instead of handing food to me. My wife and young child were in car with me. Won't ever go to this Wendy's again. If you go there and order food through the drive through it would be wise to cover your childrens ears when you get to the window where you pick up your food. read more

The place is very nice inside, and the drive thru and waiting is not that bad. The waiters are nice and helpful. There is not a lot for vegetarian eaters, but the place has great shakes and malts. Parking is decent, and the inside is nicer than some of the other ones I've been to. read more
