I hope the owner of this location reads this review,although I think he will not care because of the manager that is in charge who seem to me he should definitely be working at a warehouse and not fast food. I've overall had positive or neutral experiences at this location. Yesterday was the first time I pulled away annoyed and disappointed at how I was treated. I bought the "Free Jr. Frosty for a year" tag for $3 . I've used it maybe once since I bought it a few months ago. Well, yesterday I was told by the drive staff (in a rather nasty way), that it's "trash" and no longer valid. Not because it's expired (doesn't expire until December), but because it's apparently missing a plastic peice from the hole?! Nonsense! First, I don't recall it ever having one. If it did, it was made to easily detach. The tag is made of PAPER (not even cardboard), so of course it's extremely flimsy. It's NOT something that could hold up on keys. The idea of it being suitable as a key tag is laughable (I do recall being surprised to pay $3 for a piece of paper, and immediately threw it in a ziplock bag in my glove compartment. I figured that would keep it intact and easily accessible for the handful of times I'd remember to use it). After much back and forth (I remained respectful, but but made it clear I thought it was nonsense), a gentleman came up. He pushed back for a while, but eventually "let it slide this time." I thanked him. Of course the grumpy drive through employee who really didn't want me to have my frosty, had to throw in "We're only doing this because we already slid your card." She just couldn't stand to see someone happy over a small treat. Just mean for no reason LOL. I'm pretty sure they can't just come up with some random reason to void a purchase! I got food poisoning and went to the hospital. Not good. Vomited. Terrible stomach ache.

This is one of my go to fast food burger places. Maybe because it is close by my house and open late, but even when I'm showing up for a midnight snack they always get my order right. Staff is always very nice even if they are busy. I usually just go through the drive through, but the interior is very clean as well and I like the large curved windows. Their value menu has almost everything you could be craving and the frosty is always delicious. Around the holiday season time they even have a program where you pay for a small key chain tag and can get a free frosty for every order for an entire year and the proceeds go to children in need! read more

My husband who wanted to pay Apple Pay and ask her to bring the machine closer. The lady was unresponsive and was not accommodating my husband request after several attempted verbals asks even though she was looking at him. He took it upon himself to grab the machine closer to him to pay and then Asked for a manager. He picked me up, because I was at the store accross the street and told me about his experience.. He felt discriminated and profiles and didn't want to cause a scene because he is a black male and she was an older white woman. Need I say more! I think Wendy's is often overlooked as a fast food spot. Their burgers are better than most of their competitors and have a distinct taste, assuming from their beef never being frozen. Their chili is solid, and their nuggets (while not very crispy) tend to taste pretty solid as well. Their frosties are a great way to cool down and I find their BBQ sauce to be slightly above average in comparison to other fast food places. When it comes to fast food, there usually are a couple places that come to mind: McDonalds, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box. For me Wendy's has always flown under the radar even though I grew up close to one. I just never went. Years later I find myself living pretty close to another Wendy's so I said "why not?", downloaded the app and placed an order. I've been a couple times during the pandemic, usually at night when the craving hits or in the mid-afternoon. The inside isn't open right now to protect employees from exposure and idiots so the drive-thru is the only option. I recommend ordering ahead on the app as it's fairly easy and then you don't need to repeat your order over the microphone. The wait time is usually not too long either but be realistic; you won't be the only one with late night cravings. The employees do their best to do their job, but don't expect them to give you the 5 star treatment. Their priority is to get you your food as fast as possible. The food is pretty good, I usually go for their 4 for $4 deal and most recently tried one of the pretzel burger offerings. Definitely more flavor than the Golden Arches and the chicken nuggets rival Chik Fil A. And you can't go wrong with a chocolate frosty, beats driving all the way to Dairy Queen in a pinch. The quality is pretty consistent, I've yet to be turned off by a cold hunk of something or missing a topping. If you're tired of the same ol fast food, give this place a shot. read more

This is the experience in drive thru in the evening of 5/23 around 7.45. I was hungry due to working long hours and didn't eat anything since afternoon. I went there cos it's close by with the thinking it would be quick to get order. The guy taking my order in drive thru started playing for no reason.
