I like this location because of how late they're open (I believe 1 AM). I could just roll up, order my food, and be out on my way in less than 3 minutes. I like the Right Price menu which is comparable to the dollar menu at McDonalds. The service is pretty fast and the quality of the food is good (based on other fast food places). Overall I'd say that this is in my top 5 fast food places to go. read more

Hit and miss. You can sometimes luck out and get a semi-hot, semi-fresh meal from courteous and attentive employees. Other times, not so much. Tonight was a "not so much" occasion. 8-10 cars in line for the pick-up window, barely moving. Four people in line at the counter (unfortunately, all late-teen males whom were quite impressed with themselves and their 'coolness', along with verbalizing the f-bomb as every third word), being assisted in slow motion by what appeared to be one of only three people working. For some reason, Wendy's seems to be a cut above regular fast food in my mind. I'm not sure if it's because of the variety of sides you can order that are a "healthier" alternative to fries, or the abundance of salad choices they have. The girls and I from the office walk over every other week or so- especially if there's a meeting that fills up our office parking lot. The chicken cesar salad and chili is a popular combo amongst us. Their spicy chicken (in any form) has just the right amount of spice. The new sea salt fries are DELISH, and if you feel like being bad, there are several different frosty flavors to choose from. I normally stick to a lemonade. I also enjoy that they play music, have flowers on the table, etc. The only complaint I have is that they do NOT have a drink fountain in the lobby. They want to be full service, but there's often a lot of confusion around the cash register- people ordering, people waiting for food, people asking for refills. When it's slower, someone will walk around offering refills. **Also, they DO have a drive through, but it takes twice as long as going inside and ordering. read more

Wendy's has tasty food. I like a #1 ADD BACON. Which adding bacon will cost you extra.... that;s fine. What isn't fine is pulling away from their horrible placed drive-thru and getting to my burger to realize that there isnt ANY bacon on the burger. WHY? and if any of you have used the drive-thru here, you know that its useless trying to go back through it for bacon. And this has happened to me at least twice. I guess everyone behind me will be waiting from now on for me to check and see if my bacon (that I pay extra for) is on my burger.... I have lived in the area 6 months and visited this "resturant" twice. Neither time have they gotten my order correct. Not little "oh there is ketchup on here and I asked for no ketchup." Things like "I ordered a burger, but this bun has no meat on it" type screw ups. I know it isn't a glamorous job, but neither is it a difficult one. If I am spending 7 dollars on something I am going to regret in an hour, I will do it somewhere else, where at least I will be regretting what I ordered. read more

Not sure what is so hard about making sure people get their complete orders when picking up at the drive through. This location seems to always miss something. This time it was one of my 3 kids complete meals. Whoever is working the window, in this case the manager on duty himself, needs to check the orders are complete. Last two times I've gone here... Food was cold. Granted, it was drive through, but I only live 5 minutes away. Oh, and the cheese wasn't melted... I had 2 bad experiences at this Wendy's. The first time the guy at the window had such a bad attitude and was so rude! Worse then a angry woman Who's on her period! The 2nd time, Stephanie at the drive through window doesn't even say hello, sticks her hand out the window with her face behind the glass. Takes my card, hands it to me and says "next window"! I keep having frustrating experiences here, and the rude girl who took my order the other day was the last straw. She couldn't hear me so I had to shout and somehow this was my fault because after that she was really rude, and practically threw my drinks at me without saying anything. I didn't have sauce I asked for, plus last time they forgot my salad dressing, and that's the worst thing ever. This Wendy's location is a regular spot for me. I always use the drive thru and it is almost always quick and convenient. The food here is always good and hot and right off the grill. I've been coming here for years and have never once had any issue. A great spot for some good fast food! read more

I wanted to update my previous review. I'm mostly looking at service and atmosphere here, as everyone already knows their food. This Wendy's has been updated and is totally new. Their service is much better now, especially their drive-thru window. They get their orders right with few errors.; and if they make a mistake they correct it promptly w/o making you feel like a snob. They are not perfect, but we can't expect that from a fast-food store. Though it is not quite as good as it was before, their service has significantly improved. So . . . to be fair I wanted to update the review. Word of caution: If you are making a left turn from NB Main into their driveway, be careful! Frequently a car coming in the opposite direction will stop and wave you on (encouraging you to turn). That driver is not watching for cars in the neighboring lane to his/her right. If you make the blind turn, you risk being hit by cars in the next lane over, preventing you from getting your Frosty (ohhh, the humanity!). This is a somewhat-frequent cause of collisions and close-calls. Just wait until you can see ALL oncoming lanes before turning. ========================================================================= Not sure if they changed management after the remodel or just changed policies. They only put one thin slice of lettuce and one thin tomato on their burgers, even if it is a double. Their fresh veggies used to be their strength.Their fries are frequently not freshly made and it is not unusual to get a stale burger. They get your order wrong about 1 in 3 times, especially in the drive-thru. If you order a baked potato, you often have to wait several minutes for them to cook it, and they put very little cheese on it. The amount is clearly portion-controlled, probably like their lettuce and tomato. But the portion is not adequate. Charge me more and give me what I want. This store used to be quick, efficient and served great, fresh burgers with adequate amounts of veggies, showing they had excellent management. It has slipped significantly. I will give them one or two more visits before I stop patronizing this store. I hope they read this and correct the problems, cuz when they do it right it's a great fast food treat. read more

I have been here many times and never had an issue with their salads. Got the Pecan Apple Chicken salad for lunch today. Got back to work and had to throw half of it out - the lettuce was brown and slimy and most of the apple pieces were slimy and discolored - isn't that a health code violation??? GROSS!!! went through drive-in, order was wrong (burger had mayo on it instead of ketchup only). i backed up, waited for the window to be free, pulled up... they *wiped off* the mayo, changed the top bun, and rewrapped. EW. seriously? this is the third time the drive-thru got my order wrong (only ketchup, extra ketchup, how is that a challenge?). never never going to this location again. AVOID. read more

I ordered a coffee from Wendy's expecting to get my coffee within 5 or so minutes. I waited around 30 minutes for a SINGLE COFFEE. They forgot my coffee, so around 15-20 minutes waiting for my order I decided to go through the drive through again to get what I had ordered. (All the doors were locked so we couldn't go inside.) I then had to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes to receive that coffee. read more

This was honestly the best fast food experience I've ever received. The management on hand during my visit was the most professional and provided the best customer services I've ever received from a restaurant, let alone a fast food restaurant. I didn't get his name but I was astounding on how caring and courteous he was. He defiantly took pride in his position and store, very admirable of any position no matter what establishment. It's the closest quick serving food place nearest to my work.. and when you only have a 30 minute lunch, places like this suddenly go higher on your "top places to eat" list. I eat fast food only about two maybe three times a year, and when I do I tend to want Wendy's because I love dipping your fries in your vanilla frostie. I went to the drive through tonight and ordered a burger, fries, and a vanilla frostie (my boyfriend ordered more). When I got home I took the lid off my frostie and it was chocolate. I know that this is a "first world problem", but I just wanted to give you feedback. I only eat Wendy's once or twice a year so it was really disappointing that my order was incorrect. Why am I reviewing a fast food restaurant? Everyone knows what they're going to get if they visit one, right? I suppose my motivation is to make note of the quality of the food and service of this particular location. The food is always hot and prepared fresh. Service is prompt and friendly. The dining area is always clean. Top notch! Wendy's is my favorite fast food burger chain. Something about the quality of the product seems much more genuine than a McDonald's burger. Also, the bacon, mushroom and cheddar burger will always reel me in when they offer it. I also like their salads and that they offer baked potatoes. Again, the salads are a lot better than some other chains, like McDonalds, where the carrots seem to be made of shaved plastic. read more

They were closed for remodeling after some fire damage for a while and finally reopened. I knew this because last week at my work, I saw a bunch of wendy's bags at people's cubes as the word spread like wildfire. That is the kind of place I work in this self-imposed exile. I specifically drove in yesterday vs. BART so I could eat here after work. They were a bit frazzled by a small rush at 6pm and it wasn't looking good, but the food actually came in a reasonable amount of time and was the usual quality. Nice interior and very good A/C which you like when eating a lot of grease. Dbl Cheeseburger and value fries and water is a nice amount for $5.55. I suspect after the kinks get worked out since the staff must be out of practice, I'll give them an upgrade on my next visit. read more

This Wendy's was recently reopened after a complete makeover. The ordering area is still small and did not increase in size. The bathrooms are still single occupancy, which is inconvenient. Typical fast food restaurant, with long lines at meal times. The restaurant is new and clean. read more

Generally a decent Wendy's. Visit often for lunch and normally good service. Yesterday was a little off. The front end staff gets a little nervous if it gets busy and forgets simple things like - your butter and sour cream that comes with your baked potato or your Frosty. Asking if we were okay with vanilla when we ordered chocolate because the vanilla was closer was a real WTF moment...no, just get what we ordered...geez. It would be nice if you are making things in the front line that you have been trained on everything you need to make as well. Otherwise...still plan on a run every couple of months.
