I seldom give a 4-star rating to a fast food restaurant but this location deserves a 4-star solely based on outstanding customer service. The restaurant was slammed but the lady taking orders, DAWN, was positively upbeat and pleased. Dave Thomas would have been pleased with her customer service. Food served fairly quickly and hot. If you want to talk about great customer service and FAST, this Wendy's is top notch. I'm bringing a group from TX for travel and we stop here. The way they handled my group was amazing. Each items bagged and done correctly. I can't remember the Manager name but she was very friendly. Food was good and fresh. Not one issue with the food or establishment. read more

This was our first and only time we'll visit this location. We stopped before a concert and we wanted to try the new strawberry frosty. (They were out) When we walked in the GM was yelling at about 12 employees. (Very unprofessional) She was going off about a customer who was upset about how long it took to get his burger. She did not seem to care about the customers at all. Then after waiting for our burgers I started to see why she was yelling. We asked for one our burgers to be w/o cheese and of course there was cheese on both. Our fries were cold and old. The nuggets both looked and tasted a day old. The coke machine in the lobby was out of every flavor but diets. I will say 90% of the staff were teenagers but this is a poorly run restaurant. Zero stars. Never again. Never. read more

Stay away from this Wendy's. The food is totally disgusting and the employees don't care. I spent $18 and got cold, tasteless fries and the Big Bacon burger was a JOKE. The service is slow and the food is worse. Avoid at all costs. At least at the Micky D's across the street you'll get good service and good food. I used to like Wendy's better, but this location will make you change your mind real quick. It's just gross and I've given them more than one chance. Good riddance. Never again. read more

My husband and I were heading down to Lexington and decided to drive through for a small snack. We we placed our order and committed the number one faux pas and didn't check our bag. I called back and asked to speak to the manager and she gave me her name as Harley. Which is a bike not a name to me but anyway. I explained our situation and she then asked if we lived close by or if we wanted to come back through. I told her we are traveling and wouldn't be back by. So she then said well she couldn't send food items through the mail, so she couldn't do anything. I said instead of mailing a food item why not mail a coupon instead. She said she didn't have any at this time and then proceeded to hang up. Of course now I have made a commitment to this complaint so I called back. I once again asked for the manager and she said she was. I asked whom her head manager was and she said Sandy. Okay making progress. I asked her when her head manager would be in, she then proceeded to hang up again. Now there wasn't anything wrong with the food, minus a item we were missing. But the lack of common sense from the manager whom stated she couldn't send food through the mail, well that deserves a comment here. Whomever is in charge of this restaurant, you may consider training your employees not to have a Frosty attitude. read more

We stopped here to get dinner quickly because we were traveling home. It ended up being over 30 minutes before we got our food. There were at least 10 other people in line and the drive thru was wrapped. During all of this a manager decided to leave for her break. By the time we got our food it wasn't even fresh AND no one apologized for the wait. Also, the trash cans were overflowing, the bathroom was gross, and it smelled like horses.
