Who knew Five Guys has catering?? We recently found out when making plans for my dad's 70th birthday. Since he loves hamburgers, we decided to go this route. Our order was 85 little hamburgers, 15 large fries and you get all the toppings to add to the burgers. Our food was ready on time, fresh and warm at pickup. Everyone loved it and the catering made it easier for us the enjoy the party. I was impressed by their ability to handle the large order and they said they have done orders into the 200s for burgers. Made an online order tonight, and like every time I order from here my burger only got one of the three toppings I asked for. Wasn't too busy, so not sure why this always happens. Order wasn't done even though I came in later than my time - ten minutes later actually. Burgers are average, better than McDonald's but we will probably skip this option next time read more

My hungry teenage boys asked to stop by for lunch. This location is conveniently located in Florence KY on mall road. First glance as we pulled up was inviting. There is plenty of parking, the restaurant was very clean and organized and the restrooms were well maintained. The restaurant was nicely decorated and fun. The ambiance was bright and fun. We were greeted by the friendly staff when we entered and placed our large order to go. While we waited, we made our drinks and enjoyed some peanuts - so fun! We watched as our food was freshly prepared. I like the option to pick your toppings for your burgers. We all like something different and like this option. The Freestyle Coke machine was fun and the drink area was very clean and organized. The tables were clean and well organized. Our order was quickly prepared and packed nicely. The hand cut fries were fresh, overflowing and filled the bag. The staff were very friendly and gave us a small bag for napkins and ketchup- nice touch. We took our burgers, fries and drinks to enjoy at the park. The fries were hot and delicious. The burgers were huge and so good. Everyone enjoyed their food. I tried using the website to make an order. It was super easy. The problem was, I didn't get a notification that my order was ready. And out of 5 people working, only one wore a mask. Now the food is the usual great food that I expect. Delicious, juicy burger. Hot fries. I really would like to see the use of masks by people preparing the food. read more

This was the first Five Guys I ever visited, and it immediately became my favorite burger chain. This location is always clean and the food is always fresh and tasty. My only minor gripe is the wait times have been a little excessive a few times. Five Guys is a well regarded burger chain and this is its location on Mall Road in Florence. I had to get a carryout on this occasion although indoor dining options were available at the time I went here albeit at a limited capacity. They're a very traditional, no frills joint in that they do burgers and fries and not a ton else (they do have delicious hot dogs although I didn't get one this time.) Any burgers are their game and theirs are definitely one of the best. Although they a very extensive toppings list fkr you to choose from to put on your burger I went with only ketchup, mustard, cheese, and hot sauce. The meat is very high quality and is where all of the flavour is at. Juicy and cooked to absolute perfection it was the perfect patty. The condiments I chose supported it very well including the hot sauce which tasted like Frank's Red Hot or at least something very similar to that. It was fantastic. Unfortunately with my long trip between Five Guys and my house my fries ended up being soggy and disappointing. That's by no means their fault and I'll say right here that their fries are some of the best and most plentiful but you gotta eat them at the restaurant while their still hot. In any case the food was delicious and the staff were friendly and efficient so a very good carryout experience from Five Guys in Florence. read more

Ugh. Terrible service. Placed a DoorDash pickup order. Got there a bit early and waited by the pickup window for 15 minutes while nobody acknowledged me or even made eye contact. I finally (3 minutes after my pickup window) went up and had to interrupt one of the workers. They then pulled a sad cold bag of food from a high shelf. Never going back read more

I like the fries well enough. And the burgers are decent. I suppose I need to order a burger with less on it, as I always make a big mess. At any rate, it could be a little cheaper for what you get. And I've had better burgers at five guys in California, but hey, not all locations can be winners, right? The employees are great. Just not THE place I go to when craving a burger. I ordered and paid online. Got there and stood in line to say I was there, cashier yelled out I was there. And then I waited while every other person in line got their food, defeating the whole point of ordering ahead, they were calling order numbers in the 80's while my order "67" sat the the shelf getting cold. Finally got it home, fries ice cold and missing bacon on the bacon burger. I called the store and a manager said the general manager would call me back next day. Day is over, guess what? No call... would definitely not bother to order online based on my experience. Poor customer service. read more

Great hot dogs and burgers!! A lot of people don't realize how good their hot dogs are and that you can load them up like the burgers. Their fries are on point, Cajun seasoning was a little heavy last time. I would like to see a little more cleanliness and polish but that's just trying to nit pick. read more

Disappointing service, stingy with the toppings I got a 9$ burger in a pan and I didn't even get the normal portions of lettuce and tomato or onion that come with a Burger on a bun! Cheese wasn't All the way melted either. They weren't busy so that's not even a excuse. The place is a hazard floors are extremely slippery every90%of the tables were wet or had food on them. The name pretty much says it all, burgers & fries. although there is also hotdogs & grilled cheese sandwiches, i usually go for the burgers. and they are good burgers with about 15 choices of toppings for no extra charge, so i didn't mind paying more than i would for a big mac or whopper. and fries, plan on either sharing them or taking some home because they give you a lot of them. the atmosphere is okay but could be better if they got rid of the bags of potatoes and boxes of peanuts in the shell, which you can snack on while you wait for your order. i personally don't see much of a connection between peanuts in the shell & burgers, especially at a fast food place. and with the cooking area right behind the opened order/pick-up counter, you get the chatter & such from the servers/cookers which is nice but can get annoying after a while read more

The employees at this location are very friendly. The burgers are always piping hot and delicious. I usually get the "little" bacon cheeseburger which is anything but little. One of my favorite things about five guys is that they use fresh jalapeños instead of pickled jalapeños. It really makes all the difference. I have been here several times and the burgers are always cooked to perfection. You can get just about any topping you want and one order of fries is enough to feed a family. Burgers are tasty and sloppy and that's why you visit. The fries are meh to me, but my family and friends likes them well enough. I think Cajun is better. The tables and chairs are passable but it could be a bit more comfortable. Serve yourself peanuts are nice, though we usually pass them by. The place could be a bit cleaner. It's not filthy or gross, but it's greasy, everywhere, even the bathroom. They use Coca Cola Freestyle, self serve, which I'm on the fence about since I think the Coke doesn't taste as good. Still, I'll take freestyle over Pepsi and self serve is awesome. When I've visited in the past, maybe three years ago, I had no complaints at all. Each time I've visited since then, the employees remind me why I stopped coming in. Whether they are busy or slow, the employees are always carrying on loud side conversations, often times yelling to one another, laughing in hysterics, or smirking and giggling. I once endured an inappropriate conversation by three bros, of varying age, talk of recent conquests. Ultimately, this stuff makes this place less inviting. The age range of the employees varies, and in my experience its not one age group or another that is more to blame, except the younger folks seem to out number the older. It's the entire crew, most times, joining in. The last time I visited there was an older lady (not old, just older than the others) who made the visit better but you could tell that even she was sick of her teammates. Have fun at your job, that's great, and makes me glad you can have that freedom, but don't do it to the point where doing *your job* is an interruption to your party time. They still work and get the job done, but it's as if the job is the thing they just do on the side. My first ever visit to a Five Guys was when I was in town in Clifton (Cincinnati, OH) and that location was loud, so, so frantic, all kinds of yelling, during lunch rush, and the customers and employees were mostly college aged males. It was a madhouse. I hated it, yet it was still more pleasant than this Florence, KY location can be. I really, really wanted to stop in today because I was in the area and it's been about 16 months. I couldnt get past my last few visits so I drove on to another place instead. :( Perhaps I'll stop by tomorrow and update my experience. read more

Came for lunch on a Saturday. The place was a mad house. I ordered the little hamburger and little fries, which was just enough for me. The table next to me had ordered a veggie sandwich with cheese. Why must they yell the number of patties that you are getting? You are in the middle of your order and you get interrupted by them yelling. Why can't they wait the 10 seconds it takes for you to finish your order before getting interrupted. read more
