The place is not very clean and the staff wasn't very friendly but this was the food of my college days and I love it dearly. There isn't a White Castle within 800 miles of where I live now so wherever I find myself coming across one I stop and I'm 21 again. This last time I stopped I was able to introduce my stepdaughter to the White Castle experience, while she was only 9 and couldn't get the true experience of eating a sack of 12 after a night of drinking so still got to try their sliders. I ordered Yelp Delivery from this location after a craving hit me and was nothing but impressed. The food is by no means extraordinary, but if you're going to White Castle you should manage your expectations accordingly. I got my food delivered in half the time that was estimated. I ordered a cheese slider combo with fries and a Dr. Pepper. The food was still warm and took care of my craving. We went there because people say it's good and I must say it's not. Also, my friend had to go to the bathroom so badly and they didn't allow it. Unfriendly, rude employees, drive thru took longer than a few minutes they said, employee was on her phone, had to go into restaurant, staff yelling order even though hubby was sitting right there & told them he was there waiting inside for a drive thru order. Veggie sliders was hot but all the otger food aas cold. We bought 6 veggies, 8 reg, onion chips & fries. They didn't offer any sauce or ketchup. Sad experience. Just a quick walk from the truck stop. Livingston calories to eat White Castle and gain them right back, but definitely worth it! Food is delicious and the people there are so nice. They even apologize for being a little slow waiting on burgers. Good deal! If I stop here again I will definitely walk over instead of doing the truck stop food. read more

The bathroom was super grimy and dirty. There are crumbs on almost every single table and most of the surfaces have a layer of sticky something on it. Haven't tried any food yet, but they messed up every single burger we ordered by putting cheese, onions and pickles when even the receipt says no cheese no onion no pickle. The fries are barely salted at all, they don't even taste good. There are at least 3 employees working right now so I'm sure someone could go around and clean. I've worked in restaurants so I know how quickly tables can be wiped. This place is not good. read more

I have been visiting this location frequently because I have been working in the area. The staff are always friendly and the service is quick. The dining area can get pretty dirty at times but I blame this on the amount of business they do. The drive thru can be stagnant at times so I recommend going in and ordering take out. read more
