I Came here yesterday night and it was 11:00 pm one hour before they close and I had seen the car in front of me leave and when I approached the window the worker had told me she would be with me in a second then 10 seconds later she tells me they can't take my order because their system is down and machine was broken. I had then asked if I can order through the mobile app and she has said no. I had then seen the person in the car in front of me try to open the door and the door was locked. It was very clear to me and the other person the workers stopped taking orders out of pure laziness. Need to work on customer service. read more

I'm absolutely 100% disappointed with this Wendy's. I ordered a bacon and cheese potato with butter, sour cream and sea salt and pepper on the side. I got a dry ass potato with chives, one sour cream, one butter and no salt and pepper. I'm from Santa Cruz so you can imagine what it was like to get home and open the bag to eat my potato and I found this disappointing excuse of a potato. All dry and they only gave me one sour cream and one butter, no cheese and no bacon. I didn't even order on the app. I actually told the girl through the microphone what I wanted on my order and unfortunately I couldn't check it before I got on the highway. I had faith that she heard me correctly. I mean after all, I ordered a bacon and cheese potato with sour cream and fake butter on the side. I have absolutely no tolerance for these stupid mistakes. Employees close down dining room and lock the door at 8pm even on busy Saturday nights. Probably in an effort to do less work cleaning up. Food looks nothing like it's supposed to be. The cashier is always incredibly rude. When we come in with coupons, he argues with us. He stated we can only use one coupon as it states on the coupon. The coupon states one qualifying order per coupon. Not one coupon per customer. I was ordering for two people; my mother is blind and does not go inside any longer. It was a warm sunny day yesterday so I decided to go to Wendy's for a choclate Frosty. They are very thick and so delicious, I always order a medium just the right amount. I don't think I could eat a large one. Also their French fries here are always hot and fresh. This is a major detail and important to me. Can I just say all the negative reviews on here are just a shame. People it's a fast food restaurant?! And a busy one at that! I have been going to this location for YEARS!!! It is the best I've seen in a long time. They are always super busy and the staff is always trying their hardest to get people in and out despite so many difficult people they deal with.
