Wow, one of the worst Wendy's ever (and that's hard to do). Staff here is inexperienced and a little rude. After you order your meal you are told they are out of an item. So picked something else. Items missing on order and condiment area empty of condiments. I told them the salt and pepper was empty and was handed a handful like I was supposed to restock. After telling them twice, no cheese I still received cheese on the burger no apologies. No nothing made me waste half hour of my day. They just don't care here. The blonde girl said cheese. I literally told her no cheese and they're still on their period if I had ended up sick and ended up in the hospital, then I would've sued them. Do better it's just common sense. read more

Worst experience ever!!!! Very dirty. Men's restroom out of order. Women's restroom had no water. Waited 20 minutes for our food and workers where in back laughing and having fun. Checking their phones. No sense of customer service. No gloves or hair nets worn. read more

This Wendy's in Wauchula was horrible! My Dad and I stopped there after traveling from up North and his "just done" fries were cold and "just done" garlic parm nuggets were cold, mine were good, but the chicken on top of my salad was so overcooked I thought it was pieces of croutons. The lady that came to the register said they had no one to work the register, but there was 5 people working the drive through! Some one did come up to the register, but they were obviously catering to the drive through. Sometimes people actually want to come in and sit down to eat. As I opened this, I saw 2 of 5 stars and wondered how it got this high of a rating. The restaurant could have had a 4or5, several years ago, but in the last year, it has gone from bad to worse! I wish I had taken a picture of my burgers today. Just know I will NOT be returning to this store in the near future. There is a Taco Belle across the street I would go to instead, and about a mile south there is a Burger King. A mile is nothing when considering quality of food OR service. read more

Excellent service at this establishment! The "Dave's burger" was juicy and the frosty is excellent.

I tried to go inside to order, and all three self-service kiosks were down, & had go to the counter to order with a crew member. I didn't wanna order on the app because I wanted to see if they would do half spicy nuggets & half not spicy. then I guess she looked like the manager on duty said that they can't take any walk up orders that I have to use the kiosk. I told her that the kiosks are down, to see the crew @ the counter. Refused to take my order, even though I could hear the drive thru getting their orders taken. She just shook her head NO @ me. I ended up ordering online & I made sure I stood there & watched them make the nuggets so they didn't spit in my food. WORST customer service ever! read more

This Wendy's is Primo! Carlos our host was great and the nuggets were so fresh! The best spicy nuggets I've had yet. Very clean inside and a good location close to downtown! Will be back! read more

Every time I come here there is always a long wait. 5 cars in line and it takes 30 minutes to get my order? Give me a break!

I stopped here while breaking up a four hour drive and do not normally write reviews. This location is very clean and renovated;however most of the staff was rude. They seemed annoyed with me and anyone that placed an order which is part of their job.. Then they put mayo on my burger when I asked for none which is normal this happens all of the time at fast food places but I went back to ask for a burger without mayo and as the one staff member made my new burger fast the cashier rolled her eyes. Maybe because it was her fault?Overall great building, staff in an awful mood with no costumer service. read more
