OK, I'm gonna try this again. I just left Wendy's at 9:51. I ordered the sausage biscuit and potatoes I asked for extra butter with seasoned potatoes. Did I get what I asked for? No I did not first of all the cashier was rude. Just looked at you, roll your eyes. I got my order asked for her assistance. She ignored me. I called her again. She ignored me manager came up and said snothing I said asked for extra butter. I said the biscuits dry she just rolled her eyes didn't say nothing so I sat the biscuit down on the counter and I turned around and walked out. I don't know what it is about this restaurant, but I wouldn't send a dead dog here now this is not the first time I've been treated like this, but it definitely be the last. i'm beginning to bleed that they go by looks I have a disability and I have small nodules all over my face my whole body to be attacked while roll your eyes at a customer. Why treat your customers like they don't matter it shouldn't matter what you look like shouldn't matter how you dress to me. This Wendy's needs to be shut down and the whole management crew needs to be replaced plus the regular associates. If not replace they need to go to get some training. I'm tired of being treated like this tired of not being able to get what I wanna eat when I wanna eat it. We're all battling things. Hell, I'm badly cancer again and I wanted the biscuit with extra butter who wants to eat a dry biscuit who wants management rolling their eyes at you I don't know but it's not me so yes I left $3.35 worth of food on the counter to me. I get that this is location is in a truck stop, but that is no excuse for complete laziness and a stellar lack of people skills. The condiment station is. Completely empty, the tables are all sticky, and the food is clearly cooked ahead and assembled. My sandwich was not even room temperature. Paying over $10 for a sandwich and a small fry, I would expect it to at least be warm. The girl at the counter was barely audible with no facial expression or other signs of customer engagement, and has a habit of playing with her extensions while handling food. As a professional driver, this is the one hot meal I get most days.....and I honestly wish I hadn't had it. I will be back to this pilot, but I will absolutely not be eating at this Wendy's again. Really kind staff that helped get my toddler in a better mood in a long road trip! The lady at the counter joked with her, gave her a cooking and toy from a kids meal. This is the second time we have stopped here for chili cheese baked potatoes and they have had no potatoes baked. seriously how hard is it to bake a potato? It is hard enough for truck drivers to find a place to eat, only to find no food is prepped. As crazy as this may sound, this is the best service I've received from a truck stop fast food restaurant in a long time. The cashier was fairly friendly and we got our order fast. It helps that it wasn't busy at all, so either we came on a good day or it's just the drive thru that's slow. The fries were a little cold and unsalted, but still tasted pretty fresh. The drive-thru servers have no clue what they should serve their customers. Training is lacking at this location, even after formal complaints have been filed. Over the past 3 years, I've ordered their full size taco salad probably 6 times and three of those six times they gave me the small cup of chili and not the regular size, like the order calls for. I contacted Wendy's Ohio corporate office, who in turn forwarded my message to the GM of Wendy's MLK Dr. West Memphis, who in turn apologized and gave me a free salad, but one month later I drive back through for the same full size taco salad, only to find that I was given (AGAIN) the small size cup of chili. Worst Wendy's experience. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I ordered the Apple Pecan Chicken Salad and small drink and a #8 combo (Asiago Ranch Homestyle) with a Caesar side salad and small lemonade. First, they brought me the two salads and walked away. I continued standing. Eventually, they asked what else I needed. I said, "my sandwich." I had to then show her my ticket to get my chicken sandwich. Then she walked away again. I waited. When she came back she asked what else. I said, "my drinks." She gave me two small cups for the fountain. So I had to remind her that one of the drinks was a specialty drink. Finally, I thought I had everything, so I went to my table. But...the drink machine wouldn't dispense ice, so I had to go back up to the counter for that. Then, when I sat down, my wife realized her Apple pecan Salad had to dressing. So I went back for that. Then realized MY salad was the wrong salad AND had no dressing. I went to exchange the small house for the small Caesar and ask for the dressing. The woman looked at me as if she didn't know the difference between the two. I had to tell her what dressing went with the Caesar salad. After my wife was about halfway through her salad she realized there were no pecans on the apple pecan chicken salad.
