Cheap!!! I ordered one of the frosty's you get with the key tag. Girl made a small one instead, other girl took it and poured it back into the machine!!!! You have introduced that to the air and the cup now you are pouring it back into the machine- gross! If the cost of this little bit of extra frosty was a concern what else do you do that with? The one time I tell myself to rate a Wendy's turned out... well worse than normal sadly. I wanted to place an order on the app for breakfast cause they had a "$2 off a breakfast combo" reward but the app was unable to process any payments. Since I live close and was wanting to try their breakfast menu, I decided to just get down and order as I wasn't sure how the app would process the reward in the drive-thru. Entering the location, I saw two self-serve kiosks that were both broken with different error messages. My boyfriend and I went to order, going right up to the counter, as the interior was vacant and relatively clean. The lady who took our orders seemed flustered and confused by the fact that we were trying to use rewards. My boyfriend ordered an iced coffee and as the lady grabbed a cup to make his drink, a bunch of cups fell on the floor to which she promptly put all those cups back in the stack, as if to be used after touching the ground. I gave them two stars as the portion size of my breakfast burrito was big and overall yummy, but what a bad experience to precede what should have been a simple mobile order. read more

We've always had great experiences at this Wendy's. Most often we stop if it's a late night (Disney, concerts, games) because they're one of the only places open later at night. We were the only car in the drive thru this visit and ordered 2 meals and a couple individual items. The person taking the order was friendly and we paid and got our food in a couple minutes. Just spent 30 minutes in the drive through when there was only two cars ahead of me. My order was wrong and at this point there are 6 cars waiting in line. The doors are locked so I couldn't go in to get the right order. I tried to call and no answer just rang and rang and rang. It was Christmas Eve and there so many things that were closed. My wife and I were prepping food and gifts all day and just wanted something quick and not Christmas-flavored. We were surprised to see Wendy's was open while we were out doing errands, so we popped through the drive through. It was moving at a good pace and the lady who worked the window was full of holiday cheer! Good for her for working a holiday, lucky for us they were open! We say they had the PBC (plant-based chicken) so we decided to try that, with a side of chili :) Even though the PBC took an extra 5 minutes, everything came out fresh and tasty as it should from a fast-food. I was highly impressed with the PBC sandwich! It's not fully vegan, but delicious nonetheless. Thank you Horizon West Town Center for anchoring this area with a good Wendy's. I go to this Wendys about once a week. Never have I had an incorrect, missing or bad meal. They listen carefully at the drive through, the are courteous, polite and friendly. Hard to say that about any restaurant, let alone a fast food place but I've received exceptional service and correct order every time if gone there. These are hard working men and women doing a difficult job, I can't speak about the management, but good leaders produce good workers. Great job done by all every time I have been there. read more

SERVICE (1/5): I felt bad for the cashier, who was attempting to take orders on the register and running to get the food at the same time. I observed a supervisor who was more interested in getting the drive thru line under control than to tame the line that had wrapped through the dining room. Props to her for holding it together, though I could sense that she was very stressed. ATMOSPHERE (1/5): While the location is new, it left much to be desired. This Wendy's is so poorly run they can't ever get our order right. I have to tell them I'm allergic to something to make sure they don't include it on my hamburger. you get to the window and they don't put all the things in the bag so you got to get back in the drive-through. I am handicapped. It is very difficult for me to get in and out of my car, so if they forget to put condiments or napkins or anything in the bag, it's a big deal for me to have to get out of the car and into the store. Screwed up the order of the person in front of us, and when he attempted to go inside (one full hour before the dining room was to close) all the doors were locked and the employee who came to the door was super dismissive of him. On top of the early close and the order screw up, the guy manning the drive through was impatient and rude. He refused to listen to us, and was disrespectful, patronizing, and sarcastic. Sadly this WAS my go to Wendys. Until today. The bourbon bacon burger is so good that I get extra bourbon sauce on the side to dip my fries in. Get that every time no issue. Today I order like always and even had a conversation about the sauce with the money taker at the first window. Every time that i've tried to come here after 9pm the person working has an excuse to close early. They are supposed to be open until 2am but i've never been able to get food here after 10. This Wendy's is good, though I have not been inside as I get off work usually 10:30 and get there around 11:00 at night and by that time the inside is closed to customers not already inside so I have to go to the drive-thru. But the first or second time I have been there 2 out of 3 of the staff who I come in contact with are nice. I was in a pretty long drive-thru line one night and I saw an employee walk out with a cart of I'm assuming trash, but he/she went to throw it away twice and each time he/she would bring his/her Juul and vape and every car in line could probably see the employee which I thought that employees shouldn't smoke/vape while on the clock. I was there today in the pick-up window. Frist I have to wait and no one online, When I order my salad they did not explain clear the sizes, when I went to pay they charge 2 and I was waiving to the cashier he was in front of me but looking to the other side so to horn several times and . The manager came to fix the order... I explain that maybe was a bad understanding... they returned $$$ of the extra salad. No apologies from non of them.
