They got our drink orders wrong AND our food orders wrong. The employees were talking amongst themselves and did not acknowledge us when trying to correct their mistake. We will not be returning to this location ever again. read more

Drive-thru was at least 10 cars deep. I heard one customer state that he waited in that line for 30 minutes only to have to come in because his order was wrong. The service inside was slow and my sandwich was not what I ordered. The drink "machine" had very few options available and was out of ice. We won't be coming back any time soon. read more

This is probably one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. You wait a half an hour in line, then you wait an extra five minutes for someone to ask you what you want to eat. All in general just a terribles Wendy's. Also I don't think they know what the word plane means!! read more

Zero stars for customer service. 1 star food quality. Recruiting rude people to fill job positions will lose you business. There's no reason no matter how short staffed or busy you are to be rude. Do not waste your time going to this Wendy's location. Stupid me for going back several times and getting horrible service every time. The last two times I went to the "fast" food restaurant's drive thru I left before getting my food. The service was so slow I waited over 10 minutes before they even asked for my money. Dosent look anything like the pictures. Was absolutely disgusting. Chicken Nuggets tasted like rubber. Burger was a mess.

I ordered a baconator, no bun, heavy on the lettuce, onions, and pickle and received the two burger patties with cheese, two pieces of lettuce, three rings of onion, and four pickle slices...NO BACON...and def not heavy on the toppings. Waited 10 min before just paying. The car behind us pulled off. And the girl in the window taking orders said,what do you want when we pulled up to order. Then we sat at the pay window and saw one girl walking back and forth but no one there to take our money. Or let us know that they are taking longer then usual. read more

Worst "fast food" experience ever. Ordered on the mobile app for drive thru pick up waited in drive thru lane at speaker was informed that all mobile orders are fulfilled only inside at this Wendy's . Park go inside must wait in line but it's just one family ahead of me. Give my name and they "start my order". I watch as a steady stream of cars arrive order have their orders fulfilled at drive thru more mobile order customers come in and we all are waiting. Received my burger 42 minutes later, it was cold had apparently been prepared and sat in back despite me approach the counter twice during that time to ask if my order were ready yet. I was given my meal with no drink and had to remind the employee, sauces were not included as ordered and had to ask for those as well. Fry's were fresh but the 8 employees in view were eating those as they worked so I guess those were a priority. read more

When I drove up to the speaker the teenage kid didn't even say hi, but instead mumbled "we'll be with right with you" and then left me in silence for 2 minutes. After finishing whatever he was doing he muttered, "what can I get you" like he was in a hurry even though there were only 2 cars in the drive thru including myself. After getting to the pay window the kid didn't even make eye contact with us but instead just placed his hand out to take my money without saying a word. He then got our food, and after shoving the drink in my hand without the lid fastened he spilled it all over me. He didn't apologize and didn't even get me a napkin until I asked him for one. His manager then asked him if he just spilled the drink on me as I drove away and he replied "no he spilled it on himself." I don't know who this kid is or what kind of manager is letting him work there, but he was the snottiest little brat I've ever seen in the fast food industry. For further record I've worked in Wendy's before and dress code policy requires black pants with a belt, but he had an untuck shirt with jeans on like it was his first day. This Wendy's has done nothing but disappoint from day one with unfriendly staff, ridiculous waiting times, and I've also had a girl with acrylic nails hand me my food which is a severe health code violation in ANY food industry. The very least they could do is fill in the giant pothole in front of the drive thru window, but if we're all being honest they're better off tearing the whole place down. read more

Wendy's in general is great. This Wendy's in particular, however, is borderline worthless. Always hopelessly understaffed, it takes five times as long as it should to get anything. And because everyone's so stressed out due to the staffing issue, they routinely screw up your order. read more

This location is at best very slow. We ordered via mobile and still waited almost 15 min for our food. We drove home less then 10mim and all the food was cold and very dry. While waiting for the food I saw several people exit the drive thru line because the line would just not move. I highly recommend avoiding this location. read more

Worst Wendy's ever. I have lived in the area since 2011 and this Wendy's has gone downhill and has hit rock bottom. I gave this Wendy's a last shot tonight thinking maybe things have changed and the staff or food has improved and I was seriously wrong. My food was cold and my burger looks like it was HOURS old. Of course I didn't notice it until after I took a bite out of it. I continue to get ill from this Wendy's so I caution you to go here. I ate the food since 8:00pm this evening and am STILL feeling sick and have had to run to the bathroom twice and I'm sure many more to come. This place is gross! read more

This Wendy's is usually very good, a little slow but everything is usually perfect. Except lately, their chili is terrible, I understand they use the excess burgers to make chili but this stuff I got today was nothing but burnt hamburger, The last several batches of chili that I've had were not good to say the least. Come on guys get this straightened out and back to the really good Wendy's that I know you are. If it wasn't for the chili they would get probably a four star rating. My wife once got a long crinkly-thick gross black hair in her wrap, and all they did for her was replace it. She has avoided all Wendy's in the universe because of her experience with this Wendy's on Springwood Road, in York, Pennsylvania. I, on the other hand, decided to give them another shot. When they first came out with their natural cut fries, they were good. But they have consistently been bad shortly thereafter. I think they were forced to change the oil or clean the deep fryer when they got the new recipe, but now the oil is old or something and it tastes like the same old Wendy's fries as before, with a bad after-taste. A few weeks ago I went to their Pick-Up window late at night. They were open, but I guess because I had no car they would let me stand there forever. I tried to talk to them at the menu before the window, to no avail. I walked up to the window, and the man finally came near and motioned that I needed a car, but they wouldn't open the window. I asked to speak to the manager through the glass of the dining room and finally a manager came out, telling me I could not be served. At this particular Wendy's, the sign visible from the road says, "Try our Pick-Up Window". The words are very true. I tried with no success. If it said drive-thru, or drive-up, that would imply that a car is required, but it says pick-up, which implies walking is OK. Wendy's should be sued for false advertising. Perhaps I will file a false advertising claim against them. The words Pick-Up are very misleading, and this Wendy's in particular is to be avoided - "For emergency use only". I hope you or your loved ones never reach that level of starvation. read more
