My daughter said her nachos also had the same cheese on her nachos and she didn't like it either but the rest of the toppings were fantastic. lol when the chips were placed on the table with it were two bowls. One bowl was clearly salsa and the other was white so I dipped thinking it was queso. Yuck !!!! It definitely wasn't queso!! The restaurant could be cleaner. There were smudges on the windows and back door of dining area. The wall by kitchen you can see stains, dirt. The ladies room full length mirror had smudges and the center stall has a broken toilet seat. It was well stocked with paper towels and toilet paper and a soft fragrance. The outside signage wasn't very visible from the shopping center entrance. I had to loop around the parking lot toward the car wash and behind it, it was on that end. Don't know if there was a cross contamination with an allergen but after I left I had to take an allergy pill. I felt nausea and a scratchy feeling in my throat. Unfortunately I will have to eliminate Mex food from my diet it doesn't sit well.

Probably the worst spot in York. I go to get a quesadilla, try to order at the counter, and I am told to get a large one I have to order online. No big deal, I download the app and order and say I want it at 8:30 because I have a late meeting to get to, and should have ample time. I am left waiting until 9:10 pm and I am late by 15 minutes all for waiting for my quesadilla. While I am waiting, another disgruntled customer with 2 jersey mikes subs already oozing out of their bag walks in. They expected an order by 8:10 and it was 8:45 by this time. They talked to staff about it and were met with nothing but hostility and rudeness by a woman with purple hair and another gentleman wearing crocs in the kitchen. I watched the whole thing unfold, both employees involved storm out and come back multiple times, and the gentleman who was claiming her being "ignorant" strike up a conversation with a SEPARATE CUSTOMER not involved in the altercation that hadn't even witnessed it. Of course, he only complained about her very loudly, and wouldn't let it go, as far as I know even after I left. I get to the meeting and think as long as my quesadilla is good I will be happy. Lo and behold, instead of the on-par 3 slices I get only 2, the rice is clumpy and sticky with no lime flavor or cilantro in it, and despite ordering extra I only have 2 sections of it. The third section was filled with loose carnitas, which I had never even seen done before! And the cherry on top I omitted to mention is the sorry state of the establishment itself. Tables were filthier than the floor, the kitchen looked unsightly, and I think this single experience is the nail in the coffin for my lifelong love of chipotle. I am extremely upset about my experience and I will advise as many as I know not to come back. Pictured below is the state of disrepair the tables were in.
