The first time I used Freedom Cycle, was for the 1994 low rider. I recently took the bike to another shop, thou they did what they said they would do something still wasn't right . So I decided to try Freedom Cycle I,m so glad I did . Frank and Kathy step up to the plate took my bike right in fixed the under line issue ,very fair pricing and great customer service. (Here the thing ), my bike sat for almost two months when I noticed a gas smell in the garage, no visual gas just a strong odder. I called Freedom Cycle , Kathy promptly set up appointment , I brought the bike in and Frank fix the issue for Pennies . "No ONE DOSE THAT" They make sure they go over your bike and it's road worthy. The second time I brought my 2006 Fat Boy , everything on this bike was original, Yes even the battery. Freedom Cycle , was going to put new tires change out my fluids and Yes put a new battery. Funny thing is when I went to start the bike to bring it over the battery was dead wouldn't take a jump, I called Kathy, told her my dilemma she said no problem she had a battery waiting for me. These folks are the friendliest, most eager-to-help people around (but not annoyingly so... you won't get the uncomfortable hard sell). They have a decent sized inventory, but if they don't have what you need on hand, they'll order it for you ASAP. They've got a good selection of leathers, helmets, goggles, clothes and also plenty of bike accessories. If you're a bar-brawlin', ride-all-winter, ZZ-Top-bearded biker gang member or a dentist who only rides 20 miles a weekend, you'll be comfy here. They also have a full-service Harley-only garage on site. Honestly, I like this place better than Mike's Famous. Better vibe, infinitely smaller, and it feels good to support the little guy. And then that night for that one-night stand was so good you ended up going back the second day, but it wasn't at night. It was during the day, so it was a day-stand. Wow, this is how I feel about the motorcycle shop that I took my Harley to. There's something special about feeling the horsepower of that engine, rumbling and roaring in between your legs, especially when it's a cold, chilly day and that warmth from the engine heats your bottom side. But this isn't about the engine; this is about great customer service, reliability, and also the element of surprise. I've been riding my Harley vigorously for the last few days ever since I picked it up from High Strength V Twin, and I swear I know this bike inside and out and it knows me. Ever since I picked my bike up from the shop, it has driven better and smoother, and the transition from first, second, third, fourth, all the way up to the sixth gear is amazing. I think the craftsmanship, the art, the love, and the joy of the mechanic, Mike, and his partner inside that shop made my bike run better, smoother, harder, and faster. That's why I had to do a second review, so I hope you ride your bike into the shop to go ahead and get it fixed correctly, efficiently, accurately, and at an affordable price.
