Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. Very rude, they just sit there and eat instead of working. Looking it up in her computer, she gave me a choice of two and I asked for the cheaper one. But then, she realized that only the more expensive one was in stock. Crazy Rays sold the yard to a nat'l company called LKQ, no way to contact the yard directly…read moreanymore. Also, the LKQ call center personnel could not answer any questions I had regarding vehicles, parts etc., but offered that I could just drive to the yard to ask questions. In summary, you can't call them directly and you can't get any answers from the LKQ call center. You just have to hope to get lucky once you arrive on site.
