During the oil change the technician forgot to install the rubber gasket on the premium oil filter which caused the engine to sling oil all over the engine and chassis. I noticed the amount of smoke the following day emitting from behind the vehicle and when I pulled over on the side of the highway the dipstick wasn't registering any oil. I was across the road from a convenience store and was able to purchase 3 qts of oil to put in it. I called Valvoline and they were open and told me to drive it in if I could. I will say the staff that was there that day wasn't the same as the staff the day prior and were very apologetic about the whole incident. The mechanic in charge diagnosed the issue as a missing gasket and proceeded to change the oil and put new filters on again as well as scrub as much oil off as they could. The car leaked a good quart out on my driveway overnight that wasn't easy to clean up. Not sure if the technician was just having a bad day or if this is a consistent problem with this store but regardless I will not consider them for the next oil change and I'd advise others to heed caution as well.

Today was the 2nd time something like this happened out there. I took my 03 pickup in yesterday and told Kevin I think the starter is going out. He called this morning and said they pulled it in, looked at it and found the nut holding the power cable on had backed off just enough to lose connection intermittently. They could have just stuck a new starter on and charged $300 or $400. They charged a half hour labor and handed the key back with a smile. It's stuff like that that keeps folks coming back. I wish they worked on boats too. I can't express to you how highly I recommend these guys.

Each time Tommy (the owner) assures me it's fixed. He was good at making me feel as if it had been taken care of. The first time I picked it up I drive off, I didn't even get to the hwy and it is not fixed. Turned around and brought it back. Second time, I drive off. I go to the gas station where I cannot exit my van. The door handle will not work. He fixed one problem and caused another. He come and picked it up. Third time, pick it up, open the door and a part falls off. He tells me how 100 people been in and out the door. Bla bla not his fault. When the part arrives (for the original issue), I have to bring it back. Tommy told me his shop " had a come to Jesus moment. And he is the only worker now." Asked me, "how bad do you need it?" We agree on a pick up date. Date comes, not ready. My family van sat there for a week and he didn't even touch it! Tommy was so unprofessional when I tried to question him about it. My husband had to take over the situation. Forth time I pick it up, issue is fixed. Now I have no ac. None. Blowing hot. Tommy tells me husband bitching and moaning won't fix it, bring it back up. We had to report him to the warranty company three times. We were informed he had already been paid for the work weeks prior. He never did fix what he broke. The warranty company had to refer us somewhere else. Located in St. Peters. Not close for us or convenient. Unfortunately, I will probably spend less on gas going there and back, than I did taking my van back and forth to Tommy. My family was inconvenienced with TNT Auto sales for almost a month. Without a vehicle for most of that time. Tommy responded with yelling and interrupting you when you tried to speak. Very unprofessional. He is very good at talking and over promising. What a blessing They're hungry stomachs were because we pulled in, got our lunch, and wouldn't you know there was Plaza tire service right next-door. We walked in were able to get the tire fixed and hung out pleasantly in the lobby of Plaza tire service with the wonderful gentleman. They were able to seal and plug our tire in under 45 minutes and have us back on the road. They treated my children with dignity and respect as well as they would treat their own. I felt safe and comfortable finishing our road trip home to Minnesota.
