They helped our group from start to finish. We had a blast! I've since been back twice for laundry detergent and shower gel. I love how my skin feels, how my clothes smell, and knowing everything is plant based, made in-house. This place is great! If you want to "smell wonderful," stop in to create a scent profile and get some great stuff for a nice bath and body experience at home.

They have different sized ducks at the entrance of the checkout. There are two self-checkouts. One staffer working at the checkout. Entrance for the checkout is on the left, can't tell right away until you try to enter on the right side. No go. Bought a 8x10 frame for the store for a print. $9. Why is a white painted frame $3 more than a silver painted frame? Make it make sense to me. No one spoke to us at all.

While I understand that standing on an employee cart is not allowed, it did not warrant the level of profanity or escalation that followed. The employee used aggressive profanity throughout the encounter, placed his hand on my brother's back while ordering us out (my brother is a minor), and continued to follow and harass us even after we apologized and complied. As we were exiting the store, he mocked us by shouting "yeah good boys, good boys." Throughout the entire interaction I tried to de-escalate and explain that we had no intention of being disrespectful or causing problems, but the employee continued to escalate, ultimately kicking us out while shouting and embarrassing us. I am not someone who leaves reviews, but this behavior was completely unreasonable and honestly shocking. We frequent this location, but likely will not return.

The busy store on M59 (Hall Rd.) did not have it in stock or another location in Chesterfield Township. With a quick customer service phone call and a "Please Hold This Item" for Me, I was cruising in route for a 15 minute drive to pick up my "Automatic Wine Opener". Photo attached of course, and I love it since it's sooo easy to use and looks so classic and modern on the counter next to my wine bottles! :-) This Bed Bath & Beyond store is very organized and has many clerks working throughout the store as well for fast check out. The staff are friendly and very helpful when on a mission like Me, "Need for Speed" with shopping. (I can run 6-8 errands in 2 hours.) Like other locations: Bed Bath & Beyond is what the name is. Many items sold here are for Bed, Bath and Beyond items for housewares, to organization, kitchen, home furnishings, pet supplies just to name a few of their main items of merchandise. Sign up for emails and those 20% coupons in the mail either weekly or monthly for helpful and cost savings. They will also always accept expired coupons as well to help with a discount. Bed Bath & Beyond also owns Christmas Tree Shops, Cost Plus, and Buy Buy Baby stores. All locations have their sales based on the month of the year whether its a holiday, with seasonal items or moving supplies into a new home or for a college student moving into a dorm. While they are known for their 20% off coupons, I don't always use them for what I'm purchasing. The staff here is reasonably helpful, and the product selection is fabulous. They sell *really* nice stuff, from Simple Human, to fancy coffee makers and tons of linens. While their linen and comforter selection is fabulous, their prices are a bit high for me even though they carry top notch stuff. Do I need a $300 dollar comforter for the cat to puke a hairball on? No, no I don't. I am more of a JC Penny $100 comforter set lady that's machine washable for that reason alone. They have good sales here and have expanded their selection of items to also include makeup, shampoos and other products over the years. I recently did a purchase of a small ticket item and chose to do curbside for pickup. It was ready within an hour and I picked it up later curbside. It was out in 5 minutes! I was impressed. I went with the petite and the picture on the website looked pretty small but I decided the thought is what counts. First, the store is larger than I expected. I knew it was going to smaller than the previous store but I think they did a good job with the layout of the store. It was designed for browsing, which I love! It doesn't feel like a generic chain store but it is modern and clean. They utilized forward facing displays on the front shelves and it is very effective. I love seeing all the book covers and featured titles right when I walk in, I am always finding something new and interesting right off the bat. I notice I find different editions of books each time I come, I like that they carry a little of everything and stock seems to rotate often so I am discovering new books each visit. All the genres are condensed so each section isn't quite as extensive as before but they seem to have covered all the bases. Still offering magazines, music, games, puzzles and a great kids section complete with a Lego table. Stationary and journals weren't left behind either, still plenty to choose from in the novelty gifts section. They really make use of every inch and it flows well. You can tell they did their research to maximize their inventory and it's working! Staff was friendly and happy to point you in the right direction as needed. They keep the store very organized and stocked, which is appreciated. The cafe is updated and offers plenty of space to enjoy your drink and a book. The menu includes a variety of food items. If this location is as popular as the previous one during the holidays, I can see it getting a bit crowded. The areas are less spread out and smaller overall so it may get a little tight for holiday shopping but I'll gladly shove myself in a corner surrounded by books to get out of the way if I have to.
