I went to an allergist who recommended Dr. Kerr. When I saw Dr. Kerr he did a nasal examination and recommended septoplasty surgery. He took the time to explain everything very well and wasn't at all condescending or pushy. He told me to give it some thought and call to schedule an appointment for the surgery if I made the decision to have it. I am not one to just jump into surgery but in February after continued breathing problems I decided I wanted to have the surgery. I called on a Monday to let them know I wanted to schedule a surgery. I got a call back message that they needed to check with Dr. Kerr to see if I had to come in again before they could schedule the surgery. I heard nothing back so I called again and left a message that no one had called me back and I needed to hear from someone. A week went by and no one ever returned my call (and still haven't) and I got to thinking - suppose I did have the surgery there and had issues-- would anyone return my call?? So, despite the fact that I liked Dr. Kerr I decided to find a new ENT doctor to do the surgery. I found another doctor who had great reviews and they immediately set me up for an appointment.

I called today to get a receipt and she said oh by the way u have a balance of $469.. for what?! They did nothing for me. Doctor told me keep doing what I'm doing unless I want allergy shots. So I'm supposed to pay $700 out of pocket for what?? Not happening. I'm a nurse and I know medical things can be expensive but 2 visits and I'm the same as I was before no different.

I would not recommend this office, or more specifically Dr. Kerr, for newborn tongue or lip tie…read morerevision after my 5 week old's recent visit and procedure. Dr. Kerr initially stated he felt there was no need for either procedure. As a mother who breastfed my first child through an oral tie and subsequent revision, I was adamant that my newborn had an issue that needed correction. After "speaking with a colleague" he returned, reluctantly offering to perform the procedure on my child despite telling me it would be the first time ever done for this reason. (Which is frankly untrue and demonstrates his lack of furthered education on correcting oral ties.) Less than 24 hours after my daughter's upper lip frenulum was released, breastfeeding has become 100% pain free. The figurative "icing on the cake" was Dr. Kerr's passive aggressive placement of the summary portion of a single webpage he printed from the internet next to our paperwork. This printed page came from a website that cites ZERO peer-reviewed medical journals backing their claims. Dr. Kerr and his unnamed colleague are claiming expertise in a field where they are touting outdated information and lacking furthered education. After seeing my child's pediatrician again today we were encouraged to seek a second opinion about the posterior tongue tie Dr. Kerr overlooked yesterday at our appointment. We will not be returning to his practice, and I encourage you as a parent to do the same for the sake of your child, your breastfeeding relationship, and their future oral and speech health. The office itself was clean, staff welcoming and friendly, and the wait time was short which is why I'm giving 2 stars rather than zero.

Dr Odom has been my physician for several years. I've never had less than excellent care from him…read more He listens to his patients better than any physician I've known, and tries to find the cause for every ailment rather than just throw medicine at it. I'm a nurse, and worked with Dr Odom during his residency. I was so impressed with him, I remember thinking "if Dr Odom opens a practice locally--I'm going to HIM!" Thankfully, that was the case. He's very smart, he listens, and then provides thoughtful, quality healthcare. His Nurse Practitioner, Erin, is wonderful as well. They stay very busy! Book early--they're worth it!!
