I agree with a previous review. I was happy to meet Dr Phillips. I only went 2x. The 1st time we had a 5min conversation and I paid $114 and he set me up the 2nd visit for ct scan that I received a letter it was covered by insurance and allergy testing which I did not need again & I paid $75.76 there. I called today to get a receipt and she said oh by the way u have a balance of $469.. for what?! They did nothing for me. Doctor told me keep doing what I'm doing unless I want allergy shots. So I'm supposed to pay $700 out of pocket for what?? Not happening. I'm a nurse and I know medical things can be expensive but 2 visits and I'm the same as I was before no different. read more

Unfortunately the staff at this place doesn't seem to care much about patients. I saw Dr. Brian Kerr back in mid October because for years I'd been having very serious allergy problems and most days it was difficult for me to even breathe. I went to an allergist who recommended Dr. Kerr. When I saw Dr. Kerr he did a nasal examination and recommended septoplasty surgery. He took the time to explain everything very well and wasn't at all condescending or pushy. He told me to give it some thought and call to schedule an appointment for the surgery if I made the decision to have it. I am not one to just jump into surgery but in February after continued breathing problems I decided I wanted to have the surgery. I called on a Monday to let them know I wanted to schedule a surgery. I got a call back message that they needed to check with Dr. Kerr to see if I had to come in again before they could schedule the surgery. I heard nothing back so I called again and left a message that no one had called me back and I needed to hear from someone. A week went by and no one ever returned my call (and still haven't) and I got to thinking - suppose I did have the surgery there and had issues-- would anyone return my call?? So, despite the fact that I liked Dr. Kerr I decided to find a new ENT doctor to do the surgery. I found another doctor who had great reviews and they immediately set me up for an appointment. read more

I wish that I could leave a ZERO star review for this atrocious medical office. I've had the worst time with their billing staff (all of whom should be re-trained on how to handle customer services calls) and have been talked-down to by scheduling/operator staff. I DO NOT recommend this office to anyone. I have already asked the office staff at my PHP to stop referring people to this office due to their bad customer service skills and disrespectful language. I have gone once to this office (and have been charged twice!) and will definitely NOT be returning. read more

Went here for my nose. I haven't been able to breath out one side of my nose for over a year and had trouble breathing through it long before that. I was diagnosed with a deviated septum and enlarged turbinates. I opted for surgery and it went extremely well. I had an overall good experience with this company, HOWEVER, it can VERY WILDLY BETWEEN DOCTORS. On my intial appointment, I saw Dr. Ann L. Glowasky and I was ready to leave in less than 5 minutes, she is possibly the worst doctor I have ever met, arrogant and ignorant at the same time and completely dismissive of her patient's questions. The only reason I returned was because my case was such that I needed to see a doctor who practiced nasal surgery. Dr. Kerr, my new doctor at Accent was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to answer my questions and explain each step of the process to me. My primary physician was very happy to find out that Dr. Kerr would be performing my surgery, as she had heard of him and his skills.( One way to know you got a got doc is to ask around the medical community).
