Since then, the company has refused to take responsibility and continues to demand "evidence" that their cleaner caused it. Even though no one else had been in my home or used the toilet. I specifically checked the brand new bidet immediately after the cleaner rushed out because it had just been installed, and that's when I discovered it was damaged. To make matters worse, there is no customer service phone number and no live representative to speak with. Everything is handled through messages, making it nearly impossible to resolve legitimate issues. As if that wasn't enough, the cleaner scheduled for my next appointment was a complete no-show. This company charges a membership fee but fails to provide reliable service, damages customers' property, and refuses to be accountable. Weeks later, they still have not reimbursed me or taken responsibility for the damage their cleaner caused. I strongly recommend choosing a company that values its customers and stands behind its service. Based on my experience, this company does neither.
