Our chainsaw was temporarily out of commission, but the trees that fell on our property did not…read morerespect that. This we needed to rent a chainsaw for a day to cut up some rather thin trunks which were no more than 8 to ten inches in diameter. Rentals Unlimited were close so that's where we decided to rent from. First of all no instructions on how to start or operate the saw. No biggie that's what YouTube is for. Second issue was that the chain was blunt. Try as much as I could, the saw wouldn't cut. It would cause friction on the woods that caused it to smoke and a lovely burning smell of wood. But it couldn't cut through the ten inches of wood. When I returned the saw and explained the dull chain, they couldn't give a rats ass. No apology, no offer of a replacement. Plenty of competitors to choose from, which I will be doing so in future. Oh and our chainsaw cut through those trunks like a hot knife through butter. Shoddy equipment!
