Everyone was so nice, talkative, and informative. They allowed me to fill out patient paperwork on an iPad which was efficient and easy to use. For the procedure itself, I was with Dr. Joseph Adams. He and his assistant were very friendly. They explained every step, took it slow and checked in with me a lot the whole time. They use really updated techniques, including a GentleWave system, which honestly I had never heard of before but seemed to be really efficient. Overall, it took about 40 minutes and it was completely painless. They took follow up x-rays and showed me the results after and it looked great. I really can't recommend this office enough. If I ever need another procedure like this, I will definitely come back.

I sent an email and got a snarkey email back that they already provided everything and would not be changing the classification. I sent several emails and finally someone calls me back and it became clear they did not understand the classification process (even though I sent the form that outlines what that means). They said they would follow-up, they did not. I sent a follow-up email - no response. I call the Indy office hoping someone there was maybe a managing partner- haven't received a response. This is unbelievably unprofessional. I am deploying in 2 months and can't get this resolved without their cooperation. At this point, I had to request a refund for the exam so I can go to another endodontist. Please do not go here if you utilize Tricare, even if you're self-pay.

I have been coming out of pocket paying for root canals and crowns for my kids and I should not be doing this had Dr Booher been a diligent and trustworthy dentist. Do not recommend. They appear to have some kind of coffee service, but I didn't use it. The waiting "hallway" could use an update with more comfortable seating. Over half of the seating isn't conducive to waiting for an hour or more. I did identify some available outlets, but I didn't use them. You'd need your own charger. You get a patient tracking number and can follow the process on monitors in the hallway. That's super handy. Visitor communication is exceptional.

The 40-some-year-old metal filling of an upper molar I had done when I was a kid broke several…read moremonths ago, and the tooth essentially broke in two but stayed in my jaw, requiring it to be pulled and an implant for a replacement to be done. Dr. Gomes got me in right away to perform the removal, and several months later he did the implant for a new crown. He told me the implant wouldn't be as bad as the extraction of the broken tooth. The removal wasn't that bad, but the implant was amazing. I had not a pang of pain, bit of swelling or drop of blood following the implant procedure. Other than now feeling a little bump in the vacant spot where the tooth had been, I can't tell I had an hour-long procedure done. He and his assistant and the staff are always friendly and professional.

I was sent home with no instructions and told to set up a new appointment in a few weeks. I had no idea what to expect. I lost 40 pounds over the next few months and spent massive amounts of money on glue to hold my teeth in. I regretted my decision but stayed hopeful it would get better. I was only given my top set so they did no good eating. I finally had enough and was able to make an appointment to see the next steps. My appointment was scheduled for 7 am I arrived excited to get some relief and comfort only to find out that they did not have a lab technician and wouldn't for at least a month. I received no call or anything to let me know I didn't really need to wake up that early on my day off or that I would need to find a different location to go to not to mention the planning scheduling and arrangements that I had to make to accommodate transportation. I was able to get a hold of Plainfield eventually and be seen by them. To say the least they didn't know what I had in my mouth or that I wasn't a new patient and I was going to be charged. After tears and lots of explanation they put a soft liner in and my temperature teeth were now more comfortable but I was told they couldn't see me because Avon was paid for my service and they were not. I was infuriated and felt so taken advantage of by Avon I was ashamed I had let them do this to me. When I got home I tried to call and complain but only got a recording that promised the opposite of everything I had been through. So now I have to go back to Avon to have my permeantto be made and hopefully they will eventually give me my bottom set as well. Before that my tooth broke off and it had to be fixed. They did it quickly. Plainfield that is. A week later I dropped them and they were gone broke to pieces. Silly me I assumed since they made my first ones in a weekend they could do that this time but oh no they told me it would be 3 weeks that's after I showed up for my appointment they had no one again to see me. I've lost 40 pounds now have no bottom teeth or top teeth at this point and I'd spend $8000 for the very best top-of-the-line. I've never had anything quality like that in my life. I grew up poor we struggled so this was a big deal well I was the worst birthday present in my life because I've had no job for a year and I finally got a job and I have to start my new job as a manager in my town of a very well-known business. meet my team with no teeth and they tell me there's nothing they can do to get them faster. Well that's funny because when they were selling them to me, they got me in three days after several appointments and arguing with them crying having to walk around everywhere with no teeth not being able to talk I sincerely was ready to give up. They made me want to. I'm embarrassed to say it, but I wanted to commit suicide. I was so broken by them and everything that they've done I've never seen the same dentist more than once I was shuffled around lied to used basically robbed and was getting nowhere.
