He was able to fit us in last minute, which we truly appreciated. After evaluating everything, he gave us a very honest assessment. He explained that while the results he could achieve would likely be very good, the natural characteristics and quality of our specific limestone meant that--even at its best--it still wouldn't match the look we were hoping for. That level of transparency is rare and really speaks to his integrity. Even though we didn't end up using his services, he was incredibly kind and generous with his time. He shared helpful tips not only about maintaining our stone, but even offered advice on preventing damage to our driveway, which was above and beyond. It's clear he genuinely cares about doing what's right for his clients, not just making a sale. Our patio and pool decking was dull and had several calcium water stains. Wesley's team of 3 men cleaned the concrete and then applied stain to protect it. The results are incredible, it looks brand new. Wes and his team are very professional, courteous, showed up on time and explained every step of the process. Wesley's crew did a great job applying a beautiful coat of chipped marble epoxy onto our garage floor which had become discolored with grime after years of neglect by previous owners. The crew of three showed up right on time and were courteous, hardworking and efficient. In addition, they cleaned up spotlessly after each day of work. Our pool company dropped a container on muriatic acid on the concrete driveway in our second home in La Quinta. There was a large splash stain as a result. We sought out numerous alternatives to resolve the problem, including acid washing the driveway. The responses ranged from it might be possible to acid wash it, but it probably won't look that good, to it can't be done. I then called Wesley Preston Restoration, and Wes answered the phone. I described the problem and he said he believed they could get the stain out, they had done it before, but he could look at it the next morning to be sure, which he did. He indicated he felt very confident that they could fix the problem, and his guys were scheduled to come out the following morning. They did, and did a terrific job. These two gentlemen knew what they were doing, and it shows. The stain is gone and the driveway looks like new. We have had several neighbors who saw the stain ask us for referrals for work on their own homes because of their positive impressions about our job.
