My mom went today for herself for a separate issue and nobody even attempted to explain to her again that they are not eligible to diagnose or treat this condition. Instead hey said it'll be $89 and they will see her just to do nothing and refer to ophthalmologist. I know they probably labeled her as an "annoying customer from yesterday" and saw her just to shut her up. But this is just so wrong because I know how hard my mom works for that $90 dollars.

I wanted one that I could look above the frame when not using it for reading instead of having to take off and put on my glasses throughout the day. He hunted high and low for weeks and found me about 5 or 6 that would work. He said that this order was the hardest one he has ever tackled. I have a bad astigmatism in one eye which makes getting the prescription correct a bit difficult. He took the time to insure the lenses gave me the best vision possible without feeling like the ground is moving (common when dealing with an astigmatism). He answered questions and explained why my eyes do certain things in regards to my vision. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly as well. The woman who assisted me with my glasses (I wish I remembered her name) informed me of vision benefits I didn't even know I had. She was very patient showing the frames available to me and never pushed me into something more expensive that I didn't need.
