I ended up leaving with eight bags of single-origin beans from all over the world. Having worked my way through about half of them so far, I've been very impressed by the consistent quality and clean, vibrant flavors across the board. While it's a bit on the pricey side, that's simply the reality of specialty coffee these days, and the craftsmanship here at least justifies it. I came in to try the mushroom toast but changed to the egg burrito at the last minute but I'll be back here everyday after class for awhile lol. I will say the cafe is a little loud so I can't see myself actually working here because I need a less stimulating environment for the type of work I do. But many others were.
