When I returned to show them the damage, there was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to offer compensation. I had to request a refund myself. The employee handed it to me and simply walked away without even acknowledging the inconvenience. This place used to be excellent before the ownership change. Now it's an absolute mess. Please do not trust them with valuable clothing, especially anything sentimental like a wedding dress.

Someone was mixing together Clorox, fabioso, and rust remover in one machine. The laundry attendant was there but he did nothing. The smell of the chlorine gas was overpowering and i waited outside and tried to move my laundry as fast as possible. I hope in the future the laundry people can think of something to do in this situation so that this doesn't happen again. The chlorine gas production is potentially fatal or can cause bad injuries.
