Went in the next afternoon to take a look at the vehicle and within 10 min was out on a test drive. Car was great, ran and drove very nice. One hour later I was driving off the lot with a nice car. Staff was very helpful and worked to make sure we were taken care of (Thales Ribeiro I believe helped us, I'm bad with names). Paperwork and payment was smooth. Only issues was drivers front tire had a bad side wall and had to be replaced on the way home. Can't fault the lot as it was a used car and tire side walls can't predict if good or bad. I called and emailed and was sent a cancellation request form which had all my information including, name, vin, contract #, purchase and current mileage, as well as my signature but was missing the cornerstone email address and physical address printed at the bottom. I made 6 email correspondences from September 1st - 7th with no response. Called and spoke to Jeremiah and the Finance manager who said it was being processed and I should be seeing the changes in 5-7weeks. Horrible Dealership and Scam Artists. I purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT from them for $25,000 and paid all cash for it to end up with a blown head gasket 2 days later. I went back to the dealership to try and get them to fix it for me but they refused since it was sold As-Is. I took it to my mechanic and he inspected it and told me that they clearly knew it had a blown head gasket because of the head gasket repair liquid that was floating around in the coolant tank. So $4,000 later I got the head gasket fixed and back on the road for it to only break down 3 months later but this time was worse the whole engine had seized while I was driving and found out that one of my valves got stuck and destroyed the piston. So now the second time back in the shop and this time I had to buy a whole brand new engine from the dealership and get it installed and in the end with the labor and cost of the engine it's costed me another $14,000. So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you don't step foot on their car lot and go somewhere else. I really wished I would have read the reviews about them because I'm not the only person that this has happened to and I probably won't be the last. Alex was the salesman that sold me the vehicle and as soon as I started having problems he ghosted me I had to call and call everyday for a week to get ahold of somebody. Always ALWAYS get their vehicles pre inspected by a dealership before purchasing! These guys literally don't know what they're selling. They list all vehicles at a price matched for good/average vehicles even if they have thousands of dollars worth of needed repairs. I almost bought a BMW from them, listed at $15,000. I thought it was a fair price for the year and miles but my boyfriend took the car to get a pre inspection before i bought it. The car came back and it needed $6,000 of work done, and non of this was documented on their website. Him and I went back in to discuss the car and what we'd be willing to pay for it. We offered 13,000$ because we wanted to be fair to them and only $2,000 worth of work needed to be done ASAP. We brought in Kelly Blue Book fair pricing as well. Not to mention, the car smelled like cigarette smoke and had smoke stains on the roof of the car that would have to be detailed out (this was not mentioned in the online listing either). The man we spoke to flat out told us that the only reason these repairs looked so expensive was because we had the pre purchase inspection done through a dealership and that they rack up their prices. He advised us not to have the car fixed at the dealership and completely dismissed the estimate we brought him. He said they were "normal wear and tear" and the car would run just fine without having any work done. He expected us to drive a 2015 BMW that had an off market unregistered battery? He took the final cost only down to $14,000 not including taxes and fees. We walked away from that offer. I'm not saying they don't potentially have dependable cars, I'm just advising you to always get these cars a pre purchase inspection before signing anything because these guys really have no idea what they are selling. And if the PPI comes back with a huge estimate, don't expect them to work with you to agree on a better price. The first sales guy, whose name they will not tell me was an absolute jerk and Miguel ended up selling me the vehicle because I really wanted it. He was kind but we had very little interaction. I was grossly misinformed of the vehicles issues and not offered this warranty they're now saying I should've had if I wanted their help. The sales manager Marco was just given a chance to help me remedy this and was rude and disrespectful and not willing to work with me at all. Even though I they talked me into spending more and having 100$ more a month in payments because THEY wrote the offer incorrectly. I even wrote an amazing review as requested by them.... Then 1 week after buying my car for more than it was worth and committing to more than what I wanted the clutch went out and was so bad it was wearing on the plate that cost me an additional 3000$ to fix. I called the dealership and they said they would get back to me to see if they could do anything to help... of course not even a call back. Would not recommend. Got a 2014 Hyundai Sonata from west coast auto works with decent miles and what I thought was a fair price. The manager wasn't ready to bargain at all but the car drove okay hence I purchased it. Only to know they had set up a fake key which doesn't lock/unlock the car and I faced this issue the very next day. The car runs but it doesn't lock/unlock and have ignition issues. The key and key fob was aftermarket or fake copied. I sent several messages to Maher and the manager George but they said the car is sold as-is. The faults were not mentioned and now the cost for original key from dealership is $700-800. The Hyundai dealership had to check if the car was stolen as the key didn't show it belonged to the car. They came up with original key status as lost/stolen. Bought the car with fuel tank at empty and the manager made an excuse saying he don't have company's gas card with him. Do yourself a favor and get the car checked by a technician. Get all original keys and parts. Buy only if you get a fair price because these people don't tell everything and just want to sell the car away. I highly recommend to choose another dealer if you have an option. read more

I went up to look at a truck for almost 20 grand. I asked on the phone if there were any issues with it and if the under carriage was sprayed. He said it drove and ran good. When I got there I didn't even get to the main road and heard metal grinding in the front end. Sounded like axle or transfer case. I immediately turned around and went back. I had him drive and he finally agreed he heard it. Still had the nerve to try and sell me the truck. And yes the undercarriage was sprayed to conceal any rust or issues with the frame. Terrible place to buy a car!!! I went to their lot in Everett on October 14th to look at a rig they had for sale. I called them to confirm the price , took a day off work and had to arrange a ride. After driving over 100 miles I show up to the lot. Vehicle parked on the side being " washed " I test drive the vehicle It needs an alignment , a windshield & a headlight is out. These are all things a dealer should have replaced and or fixed before they put them for sale on their lot. After some negotiation we reached an acceptable price for the rig. They tell me for an additional 200$ they will have the window replaced. Then offer to buy a cheap headlight from Amazon or eBay. Even though the headlights that were in it are valued at $500. I had a pre approval letter from my bank. Yet they proceed to try to have me fill out a credit app. And this is where it goes down hill . PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CHARGES Keep in mind , I had a witness with me who is more than happy to testify BRING A FRIEND. $499 FOR PERMA PLATE $499 FOR A GPS TRACKING SERVICE I tell him no deal, as I do not want gps TRACKING on my vehicle. He tells me ..Don't worry we don't attach a tracker on the vehicle. He then states that it's their policy to charge me for the service and that if my rig gets stolen " someone " would attempt to locate it . I ask how, if there is no tracker on it . And he couldn't give me a straight answer . He then tells me that due to them ( their lot ) being burnt in the past. I don't have the option to opt out of either one or the services. Perma plate is supposed to fix damaged interior parts of your vehicle. Yet I was given no information about who's responsible for replacing or repairing anything. He eventually knocked 500$ off because I told him I'd walk out if my rig came with a GPS device. But then told me he absolutely couldn't take off both charges. And that it was going to be one or the other. I'd like to know where this $500 goes ? Because after speaking to a company called Perma plate. They have no records of me ever purchasing a plan with them. THEY WILL TRY TO FORCE GAP INSURANCE DOWN YOUR THROAT For an additional 60 bucks a month I could have gotten gap insurance added on to the loan. DONT do it !!! You can buy gap insurance from your auto insurance company for pennies on the dollar. I did . For an extra $1.40 a month. Same coverage. It is 100% profit to these guys. They will drag their feet on getting you a license plate or even filing it with DOL it took them from the 14th of October to the 17th of November to even send the documents to the state. This has to be done , by law within 45 days. They wrote me a bad temp tag , which resulted in a ticket from the state patrol for 112$ a ticket that I now have to pay . Because they couldn't write/type the correct number on a piece of paper. I had to pay more out of pocket to buy my own plates today. All in all. If I could rate this company with a negative star. I would. I have contacted an attorney,a local news outlet in Seattle who covered fraudulent businesses .. my bank , and the state department of licensing to open an investigation against this business. Being that they are on most banks list of approved auto dealers they have to abide by rules set in place by both the banks and the state. Save your self the trouble and go elsewhere. Worked with Jeremiah over texts & a phone call on a Sunday regarding a certain vehicle we wanted to purchase. We live over an hour & 1/2 away, so wanted to have some details ironed out before we got there. We were trading in 2 vehicles ( both paid off and titles in hand). We drove those 2, plus a follow car ( so total of 3 vehicles, the 1.5 hour drive ) and let Jeremiah know we were on our way, so he knew exactly when to expect us. He had told us prior to us coming he had someone else coming down @ 3:00 PM to look at the same vehicle, but since he knew we were on our way , would let the other people know we had first looks and opportunity to buy it . We pulled in exaclty when we said we'd be there, and his words to us were " you're too late, i Just sold it". First of all, Frank & Larry! You guys are GREAT! I'm not a BOT, I'm human, just an FYI. Anyway, I came by the dealership with my fiancé and my 2-year old daughter a few weeks ago and my experience was surprisingly good. I've worked in the automotive industry, mainly in the Creative and Marketing side of Sales, both used and new dealerships, for about 5 years, so I know what the salesmen approach is usually like. I didn't feel intimidated at all, very straight-forward and they treated us as if we were family. Frank took copies of our licenses, insurance card, and gave us the keys to both vehicles we were looking in to purchasing. It's nice to test drive a car without having the salesman in the vehicle because it does get uncomfortable. Also, both vehicles had a quarter tank of gas so we didn't have to worry driving on E, worrying if we would get stuck. Lol. You'd be surprised that many dealerships forget to check if their vehicles have gas. Just saying. It was a super duper hot day and thankfully they're equipped with loads of cold bottled water and air conditioning. My daughter enjoyed their company, their diecast collections and toy cars. I'm glad she was super entertained throughout the day. We finally made a wise decision to purchase the 1993 GMC Yukon, two-door truck with 166k miles, aftermarket sunroof, and super surprised that everything WORKS, including A/C, rear wipers, etc. The truck was fairly priced. Frank provided a car fax at no problem. Super rare find for the both of us and we couldn't be any happier with our decision. The best option on the Yukon is that it is a 5-speed manual. Super fun to drive! Can't wait to do more with the truck! Anyway, I may have said a lot, but I'm glad I had a great experience. No BS, just positive results. Why don't you give them a try? read more

But because I really wanted the truck I agreed to full price + fees and was even going to have it transported to California. The very next day at 6pm they call to tell me they sold the truck... Now it was going to be a CASH DEAL... Their excuse was that someone came in with cash and bought the truck. I'm wondering if they even had the truck to begin with.
