Terrible Correspondences from a terrible company

These mfs not permanently closed. Another one of their lies. Tried canceling a service contract in September 2024 that I signed up for in August 2023. I called and emailed and was sent a cancellation request form which had all my information including, name, vin, contract #, purchase and current mileage, as well as my signature but was missing the cornerstone email address and physical address printed at the bottom. I made 6 email correspondences from September 1st - 7th with no response. Called and spoke to Jeremiah and the Finance manager who said it was being processed and I should be seeing the changes in 5-7weeks. Flash forward April 1st 2025 | realize no reductions were made to my loan amount so l contact again in which west coast was very rude saying I am "clearly unable to follow basic instructions", and "it clearly must be a extremely difficult task" stating I never sent in a legible cancellation request after 7 months, when I had reached out NUMEROUS times before that practically begging for a response or if there was anything else I needed to do. I was ignored, lied to and they insist "we are not obligated to respond if you cannot follow basic instructions" now stating "since it's clearly very difficult for me to follow basic instructions" I can just send the form back blank and they will fill it out for me, like gee thanks for the exemplary customer service SEVEN MONTHS LATER. STAY AWAY

This place was awful and they will scam you if you are a younger person trying to buy a car for the first time. The salesperson Andrew was very sketchy telling us to lie to the loan company so we can get approved and he was constantly texting me so I can give him a review. Please don't buy from this place they WILL scam you and tell you you're approved when you're not actually approved. Don't fall for a spot delivery scam. Also when we were signing paperwork he didn't go over anything with us and added cost to the car without asking us first he added a warranty on the car plus other things that we didn't approve of. I would not recommend this place at all

    New Dealership Crate Engine

Horrible Dealership and Scam Artists. I purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT from them for $25,000 and paid all cash for it to end up with a blown head gasket 2 days later. I went back to the dealership to try and get them to fix it for me but they refused since it was sold As-Is. I took it to my mechanic and he inspected it and told me that they clearly knew it had a blown head gasket because of the head gasket repair liquid that was floating around in the coolant tank. So $4,000 later I got the head gasket fixed and back on the road for it to only break down 3 months later but this time was worse the whole engine had seized while I was driving and found out that one of my valves got stuck and destroyed the piston. So now the second time back in the shop and this time I had to buy a whole brand new engine from the dealership and get it installed and in the end with the labor and cost of the engine it's costed me another $14,000. So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you don't step foot on their car lot and go somewhere else. I really wished I would have read the reviews about them because I'm not the only person that this has happened to and I probably won't be the last. Alex was the salesman that sold me the vehicle and as soon as I started having problems he ghosted me I had to call and call everyday for a week to get ahold of somebody. So in the end DONT WASTE your time and money with these SHADY SCAM ARTISTS that are only looking to make a quick buck off of you and don't care that they're selling you complete GARBAGE that breaks down as soon as you drive off their lot.

Steven forced my son to sign papers saying we won't take em to court u see derest my son did sad sad sad place to have your 18 yr old to go and see what experience they provide. First the poppped little Anthony with gap then a full warrenty about 6k shit gets worse they took his car in for 500 bucks and said they'll wrap 800 into from the loan shadiest shit I've heard so I told him to nope go back get the car and take all the extras off after hours of pressuring the child who just graduated they made him sign saying we're not taking him to court... well if we can't get our car back and take the "converter" 499 charge and "anti theft" 499 off we will take this company for forcing a. Child to sign they did take 6 grand off the gap and warrenty on the 9k car so it dropped from 21k to 13k the taxes and other wild charges were taken off then alittle tacked back on my sons lower steeering went out on his car so they took him bad so sad they said 500 he's a kid just turned 18 3 days been working and this place slapped him with a high rate knowing they can go lower I'll be calling tomorrow when I'm back In town I'll be having our family lawyer either take this to court I've had my son make copay of the first contract we have the second the things in here are so sad I mean a judge needs to see this I'm reaching out to the BBB I'll pay for a complaint then the next step attorney General of wa state then court they can't keep doing this to kids just turning of age

My salesperson Andrew was very professional and helpful at their Edmonds location. I got a great deal on a great car.

Went in to check out a car for trade in, salesmen backed into my parked car, when confronted salesmen became hostile. Tried to speak to management but was told this was a personal problem, almost immediately after writing a review I was called and texted repetitively by two individuals from the dealership both insulting the trade in value of my car, and threatening to come to my house. The police have become involved. I advise to steer clear at all costs.

On May 15, 2026, I brought my vehicle to Lynnwood Honda for a diagnostic inspection. At the time, my vehicle had approximately 129,000 miles. Your service advisor, Ashley Low, informed me that coolant/radiator fluid had entered the engine combustion chamber and that the vehicle required a head gasket replacement. I was provided an initial repair estimate that included: * Head gasket replacement: $4,980.56 * Resurfacing: $300 * Thermostat replacement: $298.11 * Spark plug replacement: $194.44 Because the repair cost was beyond my ability to afford, I contacted Honda of America requesting goodwill assistance. After reviewing my case, Honda approved goodwill assistance, and I was informed by Olivia at Honda that I would only be responsible for approximately $3,700 toward the repair. After the goodwill approval, Lynnwood Honda completed only the head gasket replacement. However, I was not provided with a detailed explanation of the actual work performed, the parts replaced, labor charges, or a complete itemized repair invoice showing how the goodwill assistance was applied. When I requested a detailed breakdown of the work order, Ashley Low told me that the information was "confidential" and asked me to pay an additional $2,800. I find this response unacceptable. As the vehicle owner and customer, I have the right to receive a clear and itemized record of the repairs performed on my vehicle and the charges associated with those repairs. Additionally, after such a major engine repair, I am extremely concerned that basic related service, such as an oil change, was not performed or documented. The original estimate included additional recommended repairs, but I have not received a clear explanation as to what was completed, what was not completed, and why. I respectfully request the following: 1. A complete itemized invoice/work order showing: * Parts replaced * Labor performed * Labor hours and rates * Total cost of the head gasket repair * How Honda goodwill assistance was applied 2. A written explanation of why I was not provided this documentation when requested. 3. A written explanation of why additional payment of $2,800 is being requested after Honda's goodwill assistance approval. 4. Confirmation of all repairs and services actually performed, including whether oil was changed and whether any other required post-repair procedures were completed. I have been a Honda customer and trusted Lynnwood Honda to properly diagnose and repair my vehicle. I appreciate Honda's willingness to provide goodwill assistance, but the lack of transparency from the dealership has created significant concern and frustration.

The dealership is clean, spacious, and has a comfortable waiting area if you're spending time there during the buying process. We brought home a beautiful Lexus today for about $59,000 out the door. While it's definitely on the pricier side, the overall experience made the purchase enjoyable. The staff was friendly, professional, and never made us feel rushed. They took the time to answer our questions, explain the features of the vehicle, and helped make the process as smooth as possible. If you're shopping for a Lexus in the Seattle area, this is a great dealership to visit. The customer service, knowledgeable team, and welcoming atmosphere made it a positive car-buying experience.

A big part of that was Kevin Hansen, who was kind, patient, professional, and very easy to work with. I came in already knowing what I wanted to do, and instead of trying to steer me in a completely different direction, he actually listened and helped me through the process in a way that felt respectful and straightforward. I never felt swindled, rushed, or pressured into anything, and that made a huge difference for me.
