On The Go came recommended by a friend but ended up being by far the worst moving experience I've had. My wife was 8 months pregnant and I hired movers specifically so she wouldn't have to deal with the stress of moving. Instead, the crew showed up nearly 4 hours late and was clearly underprepared. We had been up early, packed and ready by 9am, as the crew was supposed to arrive 9:30-10am. They arrived at 1pm. I had to reschedule elevator bookings at both buildings four times, and my wife missed her window to rest and eat. Not exactly the "easy move" I paid for. The quoted job time was 3-4 hours total. Loading a small one-bedroom alone took 4 hours, largely because one of the two movers was clearly inexperienced and required significant rework throughout. I understand people have learning curves -- I just don't think customers should absorb the cost of on-the-job training. I watched him smack my expensive things on walls and the floor with little care. At the end of loading, the crew asked to stop at a fast food restaurant. I had already flagged the time crunch multiple times. We ended up skipping the meal but it came across as tone-deaf. Unloading took over 2 hours despite a verbal promise of 1 hour -- and that's with me actively helping. Total time: over 6 hours to move 15 minutes away. The last time I moved with the same belongings (Seattle to Kirkland), a different crew finished in under 4 hours, including the time to transport, and with zero damage. Several irreplaceable items were chipped or otherwise damaged during the move. When I raised it with the company, I was essentially told there was nothing they could do, but they offered to mail a $25 check. That was nearly a month ago. No check has arrived, despite multiple follow ups. The company did offer a partial discount on the move after I followed up, though it took several weeks to receive it. I appreciate the gesture, but it doesn't come close to addressing the full picture -- the delay, the damaged items, the time lost, or the stress added to a situation that was already sensitive. All of that could have been solved with proper planning and training. This was just not a good experience from top to bottom.

I then placed a call to schedule the delivery which was answered by a LIVE person who had just seen my online request. He said "it sounds like you need the container ASAP so if you would like two of them delivered this afternoon we can do that and deliver the other two the following day". And they ACTUALLY followed through on their promise. They were kind, respectful, honest and prompt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UNITS located in Kent, WA.

Viktor, Quintin, and Josue were super professional and easy to work with throughout the entire process - from the initial price quote, dropping off the moving boxes and tape and packing paper, to arriving the day of on time and handling all of our boxes and furniture with utmost care. Not a single thing was broken or damaged. They even dismantled all our large furniture and rebuilt it the other side for us. Everything was brought to the correct room in the new place and they even laid down carpet covers to keep our new place super clean while they worked. RWS was available and very easy to schedule (all through phone/texting). They didn't require anything upfront and were incredibly transparent about the cost! They told me they would charge extra fee if they were outside their service zone 30 min or more away. We hired two movers for two hours (thought we really should've hired more with the amount of things we had). Because we had so much stuff, we ended up paying for 4 hours, and it was a bad call on our end. Isaac and Abraham arrived as promised -- late though because they accidentally showed up at the wrong address, but it was only 30 minutes, and we didn't have anything planned that day. They didn't seem to have professional training, but they worked hard! Our stuff was moved in the apartment in the condition it was in before we packed it up. Nothing was broken or scratched. Would do business with them again!

The lock couldn't lock the storage unit and inside of the unit was very dirty. She tried to charge…read moreme $12 transferred fee to another good unit. Now she charged me for $20 for late fee. I came to her and remind her what happened on that day. She didn't want to dispute $20 for me. Suddenly, her attitude was out of control and screamed out at me. The customer service in Federal Way (35200 Pacific Hwy South) is the worst location! Her name is Shay yelled at me and didn't want to solve the problem which the mistake made by her! I called and left a message to Alex (the Manager) in their voice mail, never call back!!! I have 2 storage units in this location. Very disappointed with this company. Don't go to this location!!!! The staff have the worst customer service with rude attitude that I have never had!!! Even they don't want to tell you their names!!!
