They agreed to do it, taking copies of the pictures I wanted, and within a month between a quote and creation, it was completed. It is so stunning I almost cried when I saw it. They bought the gold from the band from me so that brought the cost down of the pendant and then sold a gold chain to me heavily discounted to compliment it.
