He was heavily critical of me getting a second opinion, and when we had no other option but to go with him for the surgery he took full advantage. He would go on to utterly botch my surgery. I spent the majority of my first two weeks post-op in the emergency room with infections. The surgery site spat sutures for 6 months. My elbow has never and will never be the same. He was absolutely nowhere to be found afterwards and nobody would put us in contact with him. Just an incredibly unprofessional and very unqualified surgeon - confined to the state of Montana because of his lack of hireability elsewhere due to his record.

The Haider Spine Center (HSC) was the first facility to pursue all conservative less invasive therapies in my circumstance. Other spine orthopaedic surgeons before seeing Dr Haider were all too anxious to perform invasive surgery. Because of HSC's pool therapy, physical therapy and Dr Sherafat's chiropractic expertise, I have been able to manage my lumbar pain and limit the progress of my spine issues. Dr Haider is known for his innovative technological advancements in spinal surgery techniques. He also travels the world teaching those techniques to other spine surgeons. I have the utmost confidence with the Haider team if it ever comes to the day that I might need surgery. The PA's are knowledgeable and polite. I go into Ste A asked the girl at the counter if there's a water fountain, she says No, I asked if I can get water and she says No. I ended up walking back outside in the high heat to Suite B and ask for water and they give me a bottle of water. I'm upset the girl in Ste A denied me water when I'm dying of thirst from the high heat and feeling faint and dizzy. I call and speak to the Office Mgr Vanessa, she confirms there is no water fountain or water dispenser for patients in the waiting room but if you ask for water they will go to their breakroom and get you a cup. Except for today when I asked for water I was denied. Vanessa said that Ste B gave me a bottle of water from their employee stash. Denying water during extreme heat (95°F) should be a crime and refusing to provide water when a person is experiencing heat-related symptoms (dizziness, nausea, fainting) can escalate into heat exhaustion or heat stroke.

By end of day on Tuesday I called my primary doctor office to get a new referral for home support. Wednesday morning I called the new referral authorization they said they did not have the authorization yet even though I gave them the number. I destiny home health.com/ waited 5 hours & called back still they had not received authorization. I call my medical center back ask them to fax it to Destiny home, I waited 20 minutes & called them back to see if the received the authorization and believe it or she then told me they don't have staff to cover & was rerouting my authorization back to my pro. All these purr fits are so unprofessional unbelievable. Not even my dr will reach out to to assist. SAD PART IS IM AFRAID OF NOT PROPERLY HEALING BECAUSE I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT PT EXERCISES I NEED TO START ON MYSELF.
