His name is Junior and he owns the company. He assembled my pressure washer very quickly and told me he repairs roofs, he paints, he cleans gutters, and he repairs leaks in addition to pressure-washing. It was about 5:15pm when he finished and told me he had three more jobs to do that night before he could get home to his wife and two little boys. So I'm writing this because people like Junior deserve the same kindness he offers-and I hope everyone who reads this will think of him when they need some house maintenance & repair. Jorge promised to fix damage. Kind of hard to get Jorge to fix damage when he has ignored several emails inquiring about the timeline to fix the gutter damage. Gutter was damaged in April and still isn't fixed. Do yourself a favor and hire another company who will stand behind their work and not damage your property and lie to you. I can't say enough good things about this company. They have done a few projects for me now and I…read moream wowed by each. My first encounter was to have a leak in my sprinkler system fixed. It turned into a major project because they found that another pipe, farther up the line also had a crack, so they just kept on working, late into the evening, until everything was fixed thoroughly and buttoned up. The next project was to winterize my system so I don't have a similar problem next year. Well done, with a smile and great communication. Then we decided to put in a retaining wall which was a major project. But it was done right, and it has a solid base, deep in the ground, and nice, neat work with an attractive curve in line with the landscape. Clean up was awesome. The owner had lots of good ideas as we went, and I ended up with another attractive, usable area for my vegetable garden on my very sloped back yard. The owner has a great back story, and it's worth hearing! He's young, but experienced, and has his values in the right place for a successful business.

Nicholas's worker was doing all the work while Nicholas and I were talking. I thought Nicholas was a very nice young man who seemed to know his business. It turned out there were a lot more sprinkler heads needing some repair and I believe a pipe needing repair. During the time his worker was doing the work, Nicholas spoke to me about putting my sprinkler system underground. While I think it is a good way to go, I plan on selling my home and I don't wish to add additional items to an already updated everything. After 2 to 2.5 weeks of getting the sprinkler system worked on, I found while checking each and every head that many of the heads were not working. I was so dismayed that this was the case. I called Nicholas and told him what I found. It was obvious that some of the heads had been worked on because of course I remembered as his worker moved from one to another. He said it would be a service call. I said no it shouldn't be a service call because your company supposedly fixed all sprinkler heads needing repair. I sent a text to Nicholas on June 22 asking Nicholas to PLEASE HELP ME because some of the heads were not working and my plants, shrubs, flowers were not getting any water except from me as I was watering with a hose I sent another text to Nicholas on July 14 and another on July 31. The gist of both texts was for help and I told him I would be writing a not positive review. Never received any communication at all. I was so disappointed. I knew he was having his first child and I was really happy for him in building a business and he seemed so honest and trustworthy. What a disappointment.
