The board on board is not truly board on board and we can see right into our neighbors yard and vise versa. The fence is not the same height panel to panel, so many nails and screws are popping out creating a hazard, too many warped boards in all areas. In several areas the bottom boards as so angled and not near the ground that our neighbors rock dumps into our yard. Just a bad fence all the way around. It truly needs to be torn down and completely replaced. Very poor workmanship over all.

Second job was remodel of 3rd bedroom/home office. Complete retexturing, paint, baseboards, barn door installation, closet door replacement, and custom closet shelving. Job took a little longer than originally quoted due to winter weather/humidity causing texture to take longer than normal to dry, but communication was on point every day to let us what would be done and when. A tech came out on May 6th because the door was not open and the tech opened and closed the door…read moremanually while I was there and didn't say anything and then looked at the motor and said it need to be replaced. He told me what to get. So I got what he told me. On May 13, he came and worked on replacing it. He still did not say anything 2 hours later until I asked if he was done. Then he said yes but the door hit the up door frame. I told him that it didn't hit the door frame before. Not sure why he got upset and was trying to say that I was accusing him and called his boss. Then said the Spring is wrong and the door was installed wrong by previous technician. He pointed to other small garage door that said it was wrong also and stormed out. This door had been working well for years since I bought house in 2010 until the motor stopped working. If it was always like that, the door would be all managed. Only after he did the replacement the door hitting the frame. Replacing the motor might require some adjustment on the door or track to make the door works well but instead he was trying to argue with me and trying to blame this and that. The next day the other technician came and spend a 15,minutes to adjust and replaced one of the hinges and it works and that was done for free. This could have been better if the first tech just said it was not my fault but I'll try to adjust it for you and if there was something else that needs to replace you pay for it. I would be happy with and pay more for him if there is anything that needs to be done as I need the door to work. I feel this is totally unnecessary and uncalled for. I appreciate the company to send another tech out to do adjustments for me. So this review is not reflected on the company but the that one technician. If his was handled properly I would be happy to give them a 5 star but for that I gave them 4
