Terrible service! I would not recommend, took 3 weeks for an appointment for a cleaning. When I got there they would only do an exam and I had to reschedule for a cleaning, mind you, I had taken off work for this appointment and was told I could have my teeth cleaned same day. Non judgmental during the first visit when developing an action plan. Very personable, understanding and a man of faith. The rest of the staff is just as great. Dr. West I won't ever go back! The only thing that is good there is the dental assistants and I think there scared of him. I went in we talked in his office for an hour to go over my dental plan and he asked me things what I wanted, so I told him the dentist before him had been practicing over 30 years and the only reason I didn't go back was the distance. But when I do go back the two teeth would be root canals, Dr. West said he will save me teeth. So I will come in the next week and get them done so he shaved them down. After the numbing agent wore off I'm at work and in so major pain. So of course he's not open fridays so I'm still in pain I call the after hours number which didn't work so all weekend I'm dying, that Monday I go back in he adjusts my bite instead of doing the temp ones he worked on he shaved my top teeth. So it made it better but I'm still in pain oh yeah when you get some drilling done in your mouth you except to not be in pain we don't expect that for two more weeks I'm in pain the pain management is ibuprofen 800 he don't do anything that works. So I go in again he said oh your going to need a root canal and guess what I'm being charged for his mistake. I told him they needed to be root canals in the first place. I have very good insurance but the things he did well used up all of it so now I have to pay for it he did one root canal. The other tooth as of today I can not chew on that side still it's been two months. I went to my husbands dentist Friday I was just going to have him pull it cause the pain its excruciating! So next time I go in I for the permanent crowns I tell him the other tooth is still hurting ALOT! he said that's cause it's a temporary crown once I put the permanent one it won't so I say ok. And still can not chew. I come back the next week to talk to him and tell him how I feel about he milked my insurance I told him you said you do the minimum and he said yes and if more needs to be done he'll do it I said but your getting into my pocket in a major way all that cost 1200 bucks and I'm still in pain and that's out of pocket. So I told him you need to prescribe me the ibuprofen 800 with refills and your fired! Still in pain I will go to a dentist tomorrow to yank it out I'm hurting more than ever never again will I go to a young dentist that doesn't listen to his patient it's my money and my mouth you did it to get more money. If he would have done the two root canals and the crowns I would only be out of pocket 157. Also I. Alex my insurance they told me I must write a letter to quality of care and they will start investigation of this matter and that is next. Update so I was in so much pain I went to 2 other dentists the first one didn't want to touch, referred me to a Endodontist, but was closed so I went to west Keller dental. They did X-Rays I just wanted it pulled. So they checked my bite it was not adjusted hardly at all even though I went back to dr West twice for bite adjustment. So they took pictures and I will get them to show here. When dr west adjusted my bite my top tooth that was a root canal he went through the porcelain and now that will have the be replaced. The tap tap tap and grind they adjusted again and I believe I will be ok now. So maybe dr west adjusted to where I would have to come back and oh yeah you need a root canal cause of the throbbing pain I've been in for this past month read more

Dr West and his staff Are excellent since they opened up not so long ago. I've been there several times and I have not been disappointed with their service they are all very nice and understanding .Dr West and staff our very flexible to get you in for an appointment that fits into your schedule and they will always notify you several days prior so you don't miss your appointment which is excellent. Dr West and his staff are so nice and the office is so caring and professional. Right when you walk in, the staff greets you by name and makes you feel at home. Dr West is so calm and peaceful and does a great job. I have had 2 crowns replaced by him and instead of feeling nervous, Dr West and his team put me right at ease through the whole process and everything went so smoothly. Dr. West and his staff are really awesome! I started going there during pregnancy for cleanings. They were extremely accommodating to make me comfortable. There was even an instance where my 90 year old grandmother (who was not yet a patient) had an emergency painful tooth situation. Dr. West and his team got her in right away! They were so sweet to want to genuinely help her! Dr. West is a straight shooter and doesn't "sell" you on all the latest stuff unless he thinks you absolutely need it or could benefit from it. I've been going to Dr. West for over 7 years. I've followed him from the time he was right out of dental school until he opened up his own practice. Dr. West is extremely kind, caring and overall a really good person. I've had him do several root canals, all of which went extremely well. He's very patient and takes time to getting to know people. He's never over prescribed anything or done any extra work that wasn't needed. When I've came into his office with specific pains, he's always able to diagnose the problem. Recently, my 2 yr old daughter fell and chipped some teeth, and while Dr. West isn't a pediatric dentist, he still saw my daughter and let us know the best course of action. I have many many friends and family that I've referred to Dr. West and everyone I know that's went to him, loves him. West Dental care is excellent! Always friendly and helpful staff and they call you to remind you about your appointments (I would probably forget otherwise). Have been a customer for over 1 year now with West Dental Care, but have been a customer of Dr. West himself for several years when he worked at other practices. Dr. Randy West is truly a one-of-a-kind dentist! I am the kind of person who really loathes going to the dentist, but I really needed my teeth cleaned. Upon going, I was impressed with how comfortable the atmosphere was. I was greeted immediately as I entered the room, politely asked to wait a few minutes and was able to take advantage of the free toothbrush and mouth rinse in the bathroom to get rid of my coffee breath before sitting in the dreaded chair. The dental hygienist was kind and friendly. When I confessed I hadn't been to the dentist in too long, she didn't shame me--she merely shared her passion for healthy teeth in a non-threatening way. She did a great job gently cleaning my teeth and explained the science behind what she was doing. She also mentioned that she really loved working for Randy and that in her 15 years working in the dental field, he had proven to be her most responsible and caring boss yet. I liked that. When it was time for Randy to come check out my mouth he was friendly, calm and informative. He respectfully spoke directly to me and explained some helpful next steps. He listened when I had questions and addressed my specific insurance situation in very helpful ways. I cannot recommend West Dental enough!! Dr. West and his team are phenomenal! Dr. West sat with me my first visit and went over all of my history and did a really thorough examination of my mouth. He was so patient with me (I have super sensitive gums) and helped take care of all of my cavities. Amanda was also very patient with me and was so kind.
