Apparently she was trying to get across her point that they don't take emergency calls by telling me that this is "not the same office anymore". Just crazy and insensitive. The dental assistant was hateful as well. If you can get past the rude staff - Dr. Boyle is the awesomest dentist you will ever see.

I had a permanent crown done on my front tooth at another practice and it was horribly done, I was…read moremortified. I had never been a patient of Dr. Boyle but she agreed to see me and squeezed me in rather quickly. From the very beginning, Dr. Boyle took the time to listen to my concerns and provide honest feedback about what she could do. While I had the permanent crown made at the lab, I had a temporary crown. The original coloring for the temporary crown was a little too brown for my teeth but it was only temporary. The next day, Dr. Boyle called me to tell me she had obtained a lighter shade for a temporary crown and asked if I wanted to come back and have a better one made. I was blown away with the initiative and generosity. She even had me come back an extra time to have more photos taken, to ensure the permanent crown would match perfectly. When I got my permanent crown, she immediately said "I think we can do better" and sent it back to the lab to have a new one made. I had my final permanent crown implanted today and it is a perfect match. I cannot thank Dr. Boyle and her staff enough for their patience, skill and perseverance. I was incredibly distressed about my previous crown and she made it so much better. She focused on the aesthetic impact of a front tooth crown and is obviously very knowledgeable about cosmetic dentistry. Her staff, from the ladies at the front desk to the dental technicians, were all incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend this practice. Dr. Boyle and her staff are absolutely amazing!

My second encounter was an extremely wonderful young lady named April who conducted my X-ray and prepared me for the doctor. Here is my testimony world. Customer service Outstanding, Dental office CLEAN , SAFE and extremely welcoming. Experience OUTSTANDING. At this office You will receive Professional outstanding care. Dr. Andy Mercer who was my Dentist had extremely professional CHAIR SIDE MANNERS. He took the time to explain X-ray and upcoming procedure to follow. Dr.Mercer proceeded to extract 3 teeth out my mouth 2 being wisdom teeth out of my MOUTH WITHOUT AN OUNCE OF PAIN. You heard me right NO PAIN. Might I add within minutes I kept asking him are you sure you took them out. WORLD I HAVE DISCOVERED AN ANGEL POSING as a DENTIST. Do yourself a favor. Get to this office FAST. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. After going to a completely different dentist's office this year my experience there has been much better. I spoke with the office manager afterward to share my concern, but her response was simply that Stephanie is a "very happy-go-lucky person," which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I am now waiting to see whether I will be billed for a service that was not completed--especially since the appointment was canceled by the hygienist, not me. Overall, this experience lacked professionalism and basic bedside manner. I would not recommend this dental office.

An unfortunate issue left me with a very awful experience no parent should have to deal with. Long story short, my daughter needed a procedure and because I didn't want to put my daughter under anesthesia this brought on unexpected challenges. For starters, my child (at the time) was 5 years old. When the dentist, yes the dentist, told me I needed to leave the room so she can proceed I absolutely did not budge. If she thought I was going to leave my daughter alone in a room with people I didn't know, she was out of her mind. I was not leaving my child alone for one second. Come to find out, all they needed to do was inject my daughter with a numbing shot and her tooth issue could've been fixed. Instead they gave me a hard time because again, I didn't feel comfortable putting my child under anesthesia.... The final nail in the coffin was when I asked for both my daughter and My medical records. I was told that I couldn't get them until my daughters bill was paid....hello HIPAA Violation. I haven't been back since & have been a happy patient elsewhere.

The signed the secondary so we can file and get it out of pocket back. Well they got the secondary also and kept that. I have now called three times visited twice and have emails stating the office manager will get back to me and send me a check. It has been three months and still nothing. My wife called today and they told her they would email the office managers contact information and still nothing. Lilly in the office has been given us the run around.
