My second encounter was an extremely wonderful young lady named April who conducted my X-ray and prepared me for the doctor. Here is my testimony world. Customer service Outstanding, Dental office CLEAN , SAFE and extremely welcoming. Experience OUTSTANDING. At this office You will receive Professional outstanding care. Dr. Andy Mercer who was my Dentist had extremely professional CHAIR SIDE MANNERS. He took the time to explain X-ray and upcoming procedure to follow. Dr.Mercer proceeded to extract 3 teeth out my mouth 2 being wisdom teeth out of my MOUTH WITHOUT AN OUNCE OF PAIN. You heard me right NO PAIN. Might I add within minutes I kept asking him are you sure you took them out. WORLD I HAVE DISCOVERED AN ANGEL POSING as a DENTIST. Do yourself a favor. Get to this office FAST. This was my Greatest dental experience to date. My recovery time was even greater than my experience. I CAN NOT WAIT For MY NEXT APPOINTMENT. I went in with a lot of pain back…read morein 2023 turns out I had multiple cavities that needed to be filled but I still always felt pain in one of the same teeth since then without anything being resolved by Dr. Liza. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. After going to a completely different dentist's office this year my experience there has been much better. My teeth issues are in the process of getting resolved now finally and for that I am grateful. So don't waste your time going here they aren't worth your money or your time.

My husband and I moved to Delaware and found a sedation dentist who patched my 1960's mercury fillings with a 'slap dash' of porcelain. We needed to find a new dentist. My husband found "Smiles by Higgins and Holsinger" in Denton, MD. They do everything, from soup to nuts, including sedation dentistry; however, their sedation dentistry is oral, not intravenous, and, therefore, safer. Their business is state of the art and the site upon which they built their business is gorgeous! Dr. Holsinger is the best dentist I have ever had and I am 68-years old. The work he does is flawless, truly PAINLESS and over with before you know it. I cannot accurately convey to you how finding a dentist I look forward to seeing has changed my life. I have a lot of fun at every visit because the staff could not be nicer, more helpful or more supportive. They provide you with a small bag of soup, pudding and applesauce, but I have not needed it. Dr. Holsinger calls the evening following my procedure to see how I am doing. And every single person who works there SMILES.

I could be a bit more understanding, if it was some type of an emergency-but she specifically said "previous engagement". They have a contact system in place and a patient portal, yet nobody contacted me & I wasted my morning off.
