The office only covered the cost of one set of replacement lenses, even though the prescription was still incorrect and prisms could have been included from the beginning. When I raised my concerns, their response was: "Maybe Walmart will have cheaper lenses." That was unprofessional and dismissive. I won't be returning.

They sent me away with an incorrect prescription 6 months ago, and when I ordered two pairs of glasses online, I couldn't see through them. I went back to these people to get my prescription checked and they admitted they had given me the wrong prescription but they wouldn't do ANYTHING about it! It seemed only fair they do something since I relied on their prescription and ordered expensive frames and lenses. For example, I had hoped they might just make replacement lens at a discount or something since they screwed up the prescription but they... denied any responsibility and said that prescriptions are "subjective" and that my eyes may have changed day to day! The same young man said since over 6 months they could not do. I pointed out that the date of exam was 12/22/25 so within 6 months. He then said 5 months was limited. When I asked how in 30 seconds this could change he said policy was 4 and 1/2 months. I told they obviously did not want to be bothered so why make up dates. Been to many Lenscrafters over the years but this is by far the worst one for customer service.
