Once checked in, nothing happened for 15m, only to find out I have to redo the process. I went inside to call them; it hung up on me. I redid the check in process (which was now irrelevant), and they STILL couldn't find the car; I had to go chasing them down. Totally defeats the purpose. The entire process was 30m.
