The menu was diverse and so we all ordered various dishes which were pretty good. The service was excellent. Our group was pleased with our meals and cocktails. She was very gracious and helpful. Cedar Island Marina obviously gives its employees the empowerment they need to service their customers. The facilities are clean and well maintained. In early June it became apparent that mechanical issues will keep my boat out of the water this season. I immediately spoke with the member service specialist, asking whether it's possible to get a partial refund or credit towards next season. I was told management needed to sign off on this but "it's looking good". After repeated followups, I was told in mid-July that nothing could be done and they're keeping my money. This is not customer service, they'll never see another dime from us.

Beautiful clean park, lots of parents with kids, dog walkers, and lots of tourists. The view of the bay if fantastic on a nice day, with boats leisurely moving in the waves, and people strolling by. Sit down, or walk around - relax and take a break from it all...

I call in week three and was told they looked at it and the owner would be back Monday. I called in week four was told outboard mechanic only worked on Tuesdays but was working on it. I drove down on Tuesday no mechanic to be found. I went to office to pick up key a was told I was next in line. Told him to get my key and I left. Scott and Chris gave no credibility in my book.
