She also had her medical task-trained service dog with her at the time. We are not new customers--your staff has seen us in the store multiple times before, both with and without the service dog--so there should already be awareness of her condition. When we arrived, there were four power scooters available, and we asked to borrow one, as we have done many times in the past without any issue. However, we were stopped by an employee named Neil, and my wife was told she could not use a scooter--even after explaining that she has a metal rod affecting her spine and was in pain. We were then directed to Kristin near the entrance. After waiting several minutes, she called a manager but largely ignored what I was explaining about my wife's condition. Despite clearly communicating the situation--and despite your staff being familiar with us--we were denied use of a scooter and told they needed to keep all four available for other customers. I even offered to leave my driver's license as collateral, but that was dismissed without any consideration. Frustrated and disappointed, we left the store. Afterward, we called and spoke with Elizabeth, who was far more understanding and willing to help--something the in-store staff did not offer at all. We have always borrowed carts from your store without issue, so this experience was both confusing and upsetting. The lack of empathy, consistency, and willingness to accommodate someone with a known disability is unacceptable. I was fully intending to make a purchase during that visit, but instead, we left feeling disrespected and overlooked. This situation could have been handled very differently with even a small amount of understanding and basic customer care. I hope this is addressed so that no other customer--especially someone with a disability--is treated this way. Very disappointed,

They have a shooting range as well as the marine aquarium with fish species you'd find in the area lakes. I noticed that depending on where in the country you visit one of their shops, there's always items that are exclusive to just that state. In my own opinion, sale prices aren't really a good deal to be found. They don't mark items down much.

We ended up with 2 Kings and 2 Lake trout all about 20-22 lbs. plus two smaller Steelheads. We missed a couple probably due to me not keeping enough tensionn on the initial bite. Captain Caleb and First mate Sam were super helpful, no critisim of our handling of the rod/reels, and very friendly. Felt like long time friends by the end of the charter. This is our second charter with Migrator. We went on a late morning charter 3-4 years ago with similar results.

I'm going to South America later this year so I'm trying to find an inexpensive light weight waterproof jacket or poncho. They have a number of jackets that are waterproof & windproof but I find spending anywhere from $160 - $300 for a single use jacket excessive. I'm thinking maybe a poncho that can roll up into a tiny pouch & be attached to a carabiner might be a good idea & far less expensive. This would also save luggage space?

They have different sections for sportswear for men and sportswear for women. In the men's section you can find a lot of good quality and branded clothes for your boyfriend, brother, father, and for your friends. They are organized and every type and color of clothes are separated to each other so it's easy to find. In the women section it is also organized well. I'm happy that every piece of clothing that I will look at is here.  I went to the shoe section and it had a lot of shelves with different kinds of shoes. Even though the shelves are not full of stock, it has been organized. They have different sizes and colors of shoes. You can also ask the staff about the sizes. Don't worry, the staff are helpful. Try to shop here because the shoes are durable and comfortable to wear.

This was especially useful when traveling in Europe as they don't allow shorts in the churches. Most of the time I wore shorts. When I needed to wear pants I just zipped on the legs and viola. I also bought a real nice winter coat w/an insulated thermal liner. Just an add I just went to The Mall of America & bought a new Columbia winter coat for $240 minus 25% for $180 w/no sales tax in Minnesota on clothes. Out the door for $180. Great deal right? NOT SO FAST!!!! I found the exact same coat here for $219 on sale for $40% off w/5.5% sales tax in WI. $219 X 60% = $131.40 X 5.5% (WI sales tax) = $138.63 out the door Sheeeet $180 - $138.63 = $41.37 difference & a 1hr drive to Kenosha WI vs 8hr to The Mall of America (NEVER AGAIN) 4 tanks of gas and a night in the hotel added to the cost.
