He is smart, but not afraid to pull out his cell phone to call another doctor or pharmacist during your visit if he needs more information. If Daryl E would have picked up his phone to call, he'd of discovered Dr. Luecke's office in Fort Davis was open. Not sure if the doctor had some issues with a patient and ran over or if admin just can't book properly but it's a little ridiculous. Consider the patient checks themselves in and can even process their own payment, I don't really understand how complicated the remaining admin work has to be... however, they're unable to give updates or estimates so you can end up waiting up to an hour or so past your actual appointment time. Like I've renewed my Drivers License in a short turn around time. It could be that earlier appointment had arrived late as I did see admin staff letting patients check in well past their actual appointment time. Again, that's something the office staff should be able to monitor a bit more responsively. I might would recommend arriving about 30 minutes late if you don't want to wait around cuz they'll let you in anyway and then you won't have to wait. Also, don't any of your paperwork online or on your phone. The receptionist doesn't check their systems so you'll apparently just sit around until you finally get up to ask if the doctor is ever going to call you back. Redeeming quality of the shop being one staff member, I think Tiffany was her name. She caught me in the lobby thinking I was on the way out... when I told her I hadn't been back yet, she promptly fixed that issue. I was with a doctor within ten minutes from that.
