Please note that CFMA does not follow the Cy-Fair ISD or any school calendar year for that matter. If your lesson doesn't fall on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas, expect your kid to have a lesson that week (instead of an opt-in for a camp like before) and you pay full rate regardless if you're out of town for break. I voiced my concerns several times having noticed this change since the departure of Ms. Nancy, but CFMA said that "this is their policy going forward". Well, you lost a customer x2 the way this was handled, having had my kid enroll for the past 4 years and my youngest this past year. No more trophies, no more incentive wristbands, no more workbooks avail for purchase - you buy your own and well, you get the picture. Teachers are great; management, truth be told, could improve on their end.

Getting to learn my instruments (guitar + vocals) and having performances to look forward to gave me the push I needed to advance consistently. Through this program, I found my love for songwriting and performance, which has led to me perusing a career as a performing artist! The teachers + staff are so personable and accommodating which made it so easy for me to navigate the program, even when I was struggling. If you can afford the program for your kids, I would highly recommend it! I received invaluable experiences, relationships, and opportunities through School of Rock Cypress!

And then he proceeded to tell me how fortunate I am that they had such a great Waranty Service and after his words, he stated that it was going to cost me if I wanted the warranty. When I declined , he then automatically declined giving me what he expressed as courtesy free lessons because I told him it was a gift. How come customer service has to be so shady now? Just ask me if a want a warranty and don't inform me of a service I don't qualify for.

Mrs. Marina is an amazing piano teacher. She has been teaching both my sons for the last 8 years…read more All along she helped them select pieces to play that they would enjoy, while ensuring that their technique and interpretation would progress. With music practice makes perfect, and with kids it is not always easy to keep them going, however she was patient through their down periods, and they are still playing and enjoying the music to this day. I cannot thank her enough for the music education that my children are getting, and for always being supportive of their effort.
