Where do I begin... This company is the worse. No communication from Mazen or Toha. You constantly have to ask questions since they send you paper work to sign but do not explaination. Mazen apparently went behind our back to with the other party involved and made decisions with our money without telling us. I am not sure if he expected the second party to tell us, but I assume since he is professional he would had a conversation with us as well. Once we realized that Mazen and Toha did that, no one would give me an exact answer on what happened. I made multiple calls even text, see attached picture, but got no answer. When I did talk to Toha said he would have Mazen call me then follow by a text that said that; that was not his department and that his manager Jose would contact us, I am still waiting for both Mazen or Jose to call me. If you can take your business else where please do so. Try a company that actually communicates and makes you feel important. Toha up to the last conversation we had, always had a condescending tone. The worst mortgage experience of my life! This company screwed our family royally by not doing anything they promised. After over a year of trying to get refinance done, the loan was completed with no benefit to us ((no reduction of payment or interest rate). Process was so difficult the president of the company had to get involved and even then things were a mess. I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST LOOKING SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR MORTGAG/REFINANCE!! WOCG sold my loan without notifying me to profit immediately from my loan and also did not return my escrow money until i threatened legal action. In fact, i had to do my own escrow analysis as they never provided a statement and were not planning on returning my escrow monies. 3 months after completing the "refinance" with WOCG, I was able to get ANOTHER refinance from a local credit union with an interest rate that was 6 points LOWER than WOCG rate (yes, my rate was that high at WOCG). CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NON-EXISTANT! read more

Highly recommend looking at other mortgage brokers, this company was a complete nightmare to deal with. They made so many errors throughout the process-in the first contract they sent us to sign they got the purchase price wrong, our down payment amount wrong and they they called us a few days later to say that they made a mistake with the interest rate and needed to charge us more. They added on extra charges to the loan last minute, closed 24 days late and generally just over promised and then failed to deliver repeatedly. After the loan was finalized they refused to return phone calls and emails. They accepted no responsibility for the dire level of service that we received. Appalling experience as a first time home buyer. Stay clear! read more

Update: We just received a notice that our property taxes have not been paid, which they are responsible for. We have also never received an escrow account statement. We are currently trying to contact them regarding yet another display of incompetency. read more

The escrow close date for my home purchase was planned for as early as March 8 or March 11, 2019 at the latest ... Now I was told that our new closing date is now March 15, 2019 ... or later! After explaining all the circumstances, all our lender friends have been unanimously telling us that with the appraisal having been waived, we should have been closed on time and that it sounds like our lender and his processing department dropped the ball. Ultimately the loan package should have delivered to Quicken in enough time. That's a downfall of working with a broker versus a direct lender. It's a two step process versus one with a direct lender. read more
