Sometimes people are nice but there are definitely some rude, cocky people there with attitude. I also dislike how many influencers or people that are filming themselves. It's busy enough and now I feel like I need to move out of the way because I don't want to be in your video/photos. Also- why does the childcare room only take 2+ year old kids? They should take babies as well. I can't workout here as much as I want because I am a mom of young kids. I like how the ymca can take care of babies starting 6 or 8 weeks I believe. The parking lot is madness when it's busy. Hard to find a spot sometimes. This place just keeps signing up more and more members and so it's overcrowded here. If it wasn't for the indoor lap pool, I would have gone elsewhere for the gym and spend a little more money.

The instructor made me feel welcomed. It was a full class and I got a great workout in 45 mins! I was sore the next day! The instructors are super motivating and makes sure everyone stays engaged, no matter their fitness level. The classes are challenging but the coach's modify if needed The atmosphere is also really positive, and the members are friendly and supportive. It's such a great community to be a part of! The class flows smoothly from start to finish. It does not feel like you are there for 45 mins it feels more like 15.

She and the cleaning crew provide 5 star service. Other staff is still hit or miss. Not the most state of the art equipment but there's a lot to choose from overall. During peak times cardio is always open but weights and machines have long waits. Having more than one of the most popular machines would be helpful. Weeknight crowds are a hassle. They lack basic gym etiquette and hold empty machines for themselves and friends during peak times. This is not the place for supersets at 6pm on a Tuesday, bros. There's a cycling room that seems to be utilized twice a week. That space would be great for the training groups that hold class in the middle of the gym (in the "training zone"), while blasting music over the gyms music.

We've done dry needling, cupping, ultrasound therapy, and I think electrical muscle stimulation, along with programming and exercises both at PT and for me to do at home. The gym itself is cool - it's not fully done but I enjoy it even as is! I've taken one of Anthony's group fitness classes and it was difficult, but so much fun.
