My lived experience matches up with what I felt in my gut pretty seamlessly so far each time I go there to get something fixed or looked at! I've had some bad experiences in my life with mechanics as I'm sure everyone does, but NEVER at Knorrs, they do the services I need, competently, and at a proactive pace (For the repairs I've needed with my car), for a reasonable price. I have nothing bad to say about them at all and would recommend them highly. They're busy so if someone seems curt or brief on the phone don't take it personal, but do take your vehicle in for service!!!! Their price for tires includes free rotations and balancing, and any other issues with the tires short of a puncture. Their reasonable price IS the price: unlike Firestone and NTB, they won't fee you to death. It's no accident I've been going there for 23 years. I've also noticed that there are a lot of women customers. I have certainly never seen ANY of the staff be condescending or trying to upsell to women, as some car-related businesses do. I wish I had taken photos because this was BAD and I was highly skeptical but, a few weeks later, I dropped off my car at my dealer on a scheduled date, they worked with Alloy to take my car there and, a couple of days later, I had my car back and it looked like this damage never even happened. We hit a giant pothole on Sunday and bent a rim when most rim places were closed. I emailed that afternoon to see if they could fix it for us first thing Monday so we could still make it to the eclipse. They got back to us right away. They prorate the tires if you get a road hazard and need a replacement tire, whereas Discount Tire would replace the tire at no cost under their hazard coverage. They also told me that if one tire needed replaced, I would have to replace all the tires on the vehicle. Again, Discount Tire would simply replace the damaged tire if needed. I bought these tires less than a year ago and was told I needed new tires because they claimed there was a nail in one of them. I decided to handle it myself instead. After inspecting the tire, I never found a nail, and it turned out the issue was actually a broken TPMS sensor. The tire was not losing air at all, which really makes me question their diagnosis.
