I started going to Dr. Perry way back in the early 2000 for my extractions. Ever since.. I've never gone anywhere else even though I moved to Waltham. I had my fillings last week and it was so smooth and he makes it painless, either that or I have a high tolerant for pain. It's a bit hard to make later appointments for me sometimes.

The otaher dentistl was not that bad, but I preferred Dr. Masse , I never had any problems with him and he was excellent. To make a long story short, I would prefer to go back to him and would have no problem going to Dorchester, so reently reached out to him and hoprefully will get him back, I feel lost without him. Came in to fix a cracked filling and Dr. Duong did an awesome job! This is my first time going to…read morehis office, so the cracked filling was not even his fault. It was really sensitive before I came in and it's been a week since I got it fixed and I haven't had any pain since. Not only that but he was able to change the filling from metal to white. The receptionist was able to make my appointment within the week. I came in 10 minutes early and they were able take me in right away. I was so stunned because I would normally wait 20 minutes or so at other dentist offices. Overall, great dentist and staff.

And left him in the…read moresame dentures for almost 5 months, every time we went for an appointment Dr. Folan wouldn't listen to him and kept taking wax molds. I think they might be over charging the insurance company? But there's no way a mouth should be in post surgery dentures past one month. Every three weeks he went in to see if the new teeth fit him, and they were never what he agreed upon previous appointment, and wax molds do not need to be taken, they only need to send out for the new teeth. We are so upset and have cried over this many times. Making an hour trip to go see the dentist with a lot of hope, and leaving when Dr. Falon said he sent out for the wrong thing again, is exhausting. My boyfriend is in a lot of pain and he stopped into another dental office and they said that they couldn't believe that Dr. Folan allowed that in his mouth, and that he should have his teeth already. As we started to take action on our own we found out that the office had caught on fire and that they were unavailable for phone calls. We will be writing the licensing bureau and asking for everything they have charged the insurance company, by law you are allowed all documents.
